Occupancy Limit: Only the guests listed on your reservation are allowed on the property at any time. Unauthorized guests will result in a $50 per person, per day fee or immediate removal without refund.
Noise Policy: No parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior are allowed at any time.
House Rules: Renters must follow all guidelines outlined in the official House Rules section.
House Manual: Please read the House Manual (sent 2 days prior to arrival) before contacting your host with any questions.
No Smoking: Smoking anywhere on the property will result in an immediate $500 fee.
Late Checkout: Unless pre-approved, late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee for the first hour, and $100 per hour thereafter.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Violation of this rule incurs a $400 fee.
Guest Conflicts: If breaking house rules results in a conflict affecting other guests (such as refunds or discounts), you may be held financially responsible for any resulting costs.
Rule Violations: Repeated violations may lead to eviction by our security team with no refund, and a $500 penalty will apply, in addition to other applicable charges.
Damages/Missing Items: Guests are financially responsible for any missing or damaged items. If windows or doors are left open upon departure, a $250 fee will be charged.
Agreement: By booking this reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all house rules.
