Welcome to your perfect Sarasota getaway! This stylish studio guest house is full of charm, comfort and natural light. With two cozy queen beds, one on the main floor and another in the oprn loft-- it's ideal for couples, families or friends traveling together.

The space features a comfortable seating area with a smart tv for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring town. Large windows and the sliding glass door flood the studio with sunshine, giving it a bright, airy feel.

Whether you're here to soak up the sun, enjoy Sarasota's arts and dining scene, or just relax in your own private space, this guest house is the perfect home base.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $150 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome but must stay off furniture.

Please note my pet fee is $20/night/pet and will be requested a day or two prior to your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.
