Relax, play, and make lifelong memories in this waterfront retreat with mountain views. Our home is special: it is the complete package for fun on Smith Mountain Lake with two decks overlooking the water, a boardwalk to the party deck / minimal steps to the water, hot tube (coming September 2026!) and deep clean water. A boat ramp for launching your boat is a minute away and there is plenty of space to park your boat on the dock. This home has 4 bedrooms (6 total beds + 1 pullout) and plenty of space for family fun!

A great property, with plenty to do if you're staying there with young kids, but also relaxing enough to be a great adult getaway/ retreat as well. The owners have thought of everything. We will return as soon as we can.

The owner answered with in minutes of any question. The place was clean, and better than advertised. My whole family enjoyed the lake despite the low water levels, we still could have our boat with out issue. The kitchen is well stocked, easy to use, tons of water toys and the entire basement entertained the kids every afternoon when the thunderstorms came through. This house was the best Vrbo we’ve stayed in as it’s better than advertised, and the owner was very helpful and accommodating, well stocked

The two story deck with all of the lake toys you want is a huge bonus. The house was large enough and well equipped to host my large family for Thanksgiving. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time here celebrating my parents 60th wedding anniversary. The owners were great to work with and rent from. This property slept 12 adults and 1 child very comfortably. The dock was a great place to hang out. They had a couple of kayaks, canoe, noodles and other water toys for the tenants to use. And when a storm came through the house was so large we didn’t feel crowded at all and we still had a great time indoors playing games!Thanks for a great place and a great time!

This is such a special property, and we will absolutely be back! The owners were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions or requests we had. The home is thoughtfully laid out to comfortably accommodate guests of all ages, and the beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms were a nice touch. The EV charger was an added bonus and made traveling with our electric vehicle so easy.The waterfront setting was one of our favorite parts of the property. The floating dock worked perfectly for our boat, and the location offers the best of both worlds—you get the peaceful, tucked-away feeling of being in a cove without being so far back that water levels are a concern. And the mountain views from the dock are absolutely breathtaking!Overall, this home is a wonderful combination of comfort, convenience, and a beautiful lakefront setting. Highly recommend!

Pro’s:• House was spacious and exactly what we needed for our family vacation. • Plenty of kitchen utensils, appliances, etc. • 3 different climate controlled zones which made adjusting the temps in all the bedrooms/living spaces extremely easy.• Bathrooms extremely clean and had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner available.• Basement had a refrigerator/sink, basketball game, and plenty of toys for kids to entertain themselves with.• Host was a great communicator when we reached out.• Property was amazing as well as the dock/lake. Will highly consider renting this VRBO from Mark in the future!!!Con’s:• No trash service (must take all trash to the local dump). Previous guests left their trash behind in the garage which caused an awful odor.• Several beds had hair on them as well as the carpets/floors (believe it was pet hair).

This is one amazing property. The lake access couldn't be easier. Rests on a quiet cul-de-sac, you can't see your neighbors. Everything you could ask for is at this property. The party deck is wonderful; it is also a feature that some other homes do not have. Would book again.

This was an excellent place to spend our family vacation. Fit our entire large family perfectly and was a great location on the lake. Even with the water being low the kids had an amazing time. It will definitely be a place we rent again.

Despite the water levels being low, the view of the lake was amazing. Property looks newly renovated and spacious. Everything was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.
