サンタクルーズオーシャンビューホーム：ビーチからわずか1ブロックの場所にある2階建てのデザイナーズホームで、オープンアーキテクチャスタイルとカテドラルタイプの天井があります。 大きな窓と格子状のガラスが十分な光を取り入れます。

この家は、2つのベッドルーム、広いオープンリビングスペース（リビングルームとキッチン）、1つの大きなバスルーム、たくさんのパティオを備えた6人用の部屋です。 リビングルームにはソファと寝台兼用の快適な寝椅子があります。

2階の寝室には、午後遅くに太陽が降り注ぐプライベートデッキがあります。 ここでは、長いソファに横たわったり、本を読んだり、昼寝をしたりできます。 夕方には、夕日を眺めながらグラスワインをお楽しみください。

日光を浴びた大きなラップアラウンドレッドウッドデッキの階下には、美しい植物や岩、鳩、フィンチ、アオカケス、赤い翼のクロウタドリの群れで満たされた美しい庭園が見渡せます。 夜には庭のライトが木々を照らし、夏の夜はこの禅のような設定のホットタブに座って、完全にプライバシーのある星空の夜を楽しめます。

スリーピングアレンジメント：2階のベッドルームにはクイーンベッドとピロートップデイベッドがあり、快適に3つ寝ることができます。 階下の寝室には、黒い竹の壁に向かってホットタブへの大きなフランスのドアを通って見えるテンピュールペディッククイーンマットレスがあります。 また、床に使用するシングル収納式ベッドとフォームマットレスもあります。

トロピカルな人里離れた裏庭には、大きなラップアラウンドデッキ、長椅子付きのホットタブ、屋外の温水と冷水シャワー、ガスバーベキュー、大理石のダイニングテーブルと椅子があります。 （証明書＃CO00340）

Fun stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming, comfortable and well stocked house with a fun 1970's vibe. Great location and proximity to several beaches. The big hot tub was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Santa Cruz beach house

Great Santa Cruz Getaway!

Awesome location, adorable home with perfect touches to make a great Santa Cruz getaway. We walked to the beach, were close to great food and relaxed in the hot tub. Would definitely recommend!

Nice cozy house

We loved the house and the location. Owners were very communicative and checked in with us during our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the beautiful decks in the backyard. Short walk to the beach which is beautiful to watch the sunrises and sunsets.

Our dog loved that she got to come with!

The owner was friendly and communicative. The house was clean and had ample towels, linens, etc. The decks were so nice to hang out on after being at the beach. It was a short walk to the beach - we brought a wagon to help with our stuff to and from the beach. We would happily return for another visit.

Amazing Santa Cruz Cottage

This gorgeous cottage was the perfect stay for our family of 5. Even though it was only 2 bedrooms, the well planned layout and additional daybeds in both rooms helped us stay really comfortable. The eclectic decor is beautiful. We loved the tile countertops. The outdoor area is small but truly beautiful, feels private, nicely landscaped, and made for a great egg hunt Easter morning. The beach is about 1.5 blocks and breathtaking. We were here in April so not peak season, but every time we went down there were only a few other people there. I think this will go done in memory one of our favorite vacation rentals ever.

Lovely Home

This is an inviting and comfortable home, nicely situated near a beautiful beach in Santa Cruz. We are a family of four adults who put the well-stocked kitchen to good use for an involved holiday dinner. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the mid afternoon in the sunshine on the upper deck. The beds are comfy and the hot tub was greatly appreciated. The owner graciously gave us an early check-in. We were happy to bring our well-behaved dog. Everyone had a great time!

Lovely visit to Santa Cruz!

This is a lovely modestly-sized property that really tracks the Santa Cruz vibe. It is ideally situated on a quiet side street that dead-ends at a fantastic beach. To get to the beach there is a cliff with about 40 steps down/up to the beach, but isn’t an issue unless you have mobility issues. The deck is lovely and you can relax in the hot tub. Parking is on the street, but wasn’t an issue apart from Saturday afternoon, when we needed to park a few doors down, but not a big deal. The owners were very friendly and communicated in great detail in a timely manner. It was a wonderful week!

Very Relaxing Winter Getaway!

I had a really great time at this house. The interior of the house is beautifully decorated and lets in a lot of light. The yard is gorgeous, even in winter, with a large heritage tree and many flowering plants and visiting birds. Despite the rain, I had a really enjoyable time! I needed a solo retreat to both relax and catch up on grading papers right before the end of the semester. I can well imagine coming back soon to do more relaxing in the great hot tub and maybe even work a bit on my dissertation! This is an amazing house and garden, almost reminds me of being in a Zen center! But I think it would also be great for couples and families. It is very quick walk to the beach as well. This was my first time here; the owners were very welcoming and responsive; I hope to be a frequent return visitor and I highly recommend it!

Beautiful house a block from the beach!

This house is one of my favorites to stay at in all of Santa Cruz. (And I am an ex-native of Santa Cruz!) My dog and I felt very at home there. It is quiet with a beautiful secluded back yard and very clean hot tub. As a teacher, I often find myself grading or preparing classes while on vacation and I can do that here, as well as get to the beach easily by walking one block! It is a great neighborhood and safe! The house is not only walking distance from Twin Lakes Beach and the Cove, and the "dog" beach, it is an easy drive (or bike ride) to Sea Cliff Beach and Pleasure point for surfing! I love coming back here! The house itself is very nicely decorated with full kitchen and extra bedroom upstairs with its own balcony. The owners are super responsive any time I have a question. I am going back next summer for more relaxation time!I highly recommend this house and its Zen retreat-like garden!

Dirty

Everything was a little dirty. Spa smelled horrible, unable to use. Very disappointed. Shower had mold in the corners. Old stinky towels. Ants/Bugs in bathroom & upstairs. Unfortunately the list of cons just goes on. The house is extremely unique, very gorgeous and decorated with beautiful artwork! Great location! Walking distance to the beach! The house and backyard are beautiful BUT need a deep cleaning!

So surprised, perplexed and disappointed to hear of your experience. I only wish that you had phoned us your issues upon arrival - as the House Booklet advises. We would have dispatched the cleaners over immediately to re-do any shortcomings and you would have had a pleasant stay - specially since you found the house extremely unique, very gorgeous, at a great location and a stones throw from the beach. Please see my detailed comments on each of your issues, - Dirty: The house is fully cleaned from top to bottom prior to each group's arrival. Saying that everything was a little dirty is not only vague but false. - Shower had mold in the corners: There is no mold whatsoever in the house. - Spa smelled horrible, unable to use: The spa is cleaned weekly (by a professional pool company) and was cleaned the day of your arrival. Although you said you were unable to use it, it had obviously been used by multiple people (along with every single towel in the house). - Ants in the bathroom: Yes, unfortunately at this time of year it is inevitable that some ants may enter the house - it's true for the Santa Cruz area in general. It is minimal but very common especially in homes by the beach. There are no bugs in the house at all. - Old stinky towels: The towels are freshly washed and dried prior to arrival. Every tenant is entitled to a clean house since it is something that you pay for, So, the least I can do is rectify any oversight. If only you had called!

One of the very rare, spacious lots on the street, it has two magnificent trees, a large wraparound deck, spacious backyard with tropical plants and a uniquely-styled house with cathedral ceilings. It was originally built in the 70's with recycled wood from an Iowa barn, giving the house beautiful definition and an impressive beam structure. Finally, it is located in the most desirable part of Santa Cruz, just steps from Twin Lakes beach / Blacks beach and a short walk to the Harbor.

Unlike many beach dwellings (that feel cramped), this large lot offers plenty of room for a spacious home (1400sqft), a large wraparound deck (600sqft) and a sizeable garden providing one of the best indoor-outdoor living in Santa Cruz.

In addition, the unique cathedral ceilings, open-concept living area and large windows fill the house with light, providing a spacious and warm welcoming feeling. It is so close to the ocean that you can see it from the doorstep.
