There was a variety of beaches very close by, the house was clean and well stocked in the things you need and want. There were two rooms which was awesome, all those things you don't get when booking a hotel however nice. Thank you Lawrence.

The property was very dirty. I have pictures. Dirty dishes in the dishwasherClothes in the dryerFaucet in the bathroom came out as a trickle. I had to brush and wash in the kitchen sink.The property is directly across from a very busy and noisey thruway.Overall the place was gross.As for advertisements and VRBO standards I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

The location was absolutely great. right next to the highway so easy on and off for exploring the beaches and around areas. only 10 minutes from downtown was nice. the check in was great and it was easy to get into the house and communicate with owners. There were a few downsides such as a lot of the plugs did not work, the bathroom sink was a drip and we had to use the kitchen sink for brushing teeth. the 8 ball on the pool table was missing and there were a decent amount of palmetto bugs we occupied the house with. the outdoor area was not groomed and had lots of trash around so we didn’t even end up using it. the couch also had a lot of hair and dirt in it which grossed us out. overall i think just some general maintenance and cleaning would go a long way with this place. it has potential!

It’s a hidden little gem. Close to everything and in a surprisingly quiet area if you don’t mind freeway noise. Missing the eight ball for the pool table, and the table needs a little adjusting. But great idea on the entertainment room!

There were a few things not communicated to me until arrival.. remodeling was being done due to unforeseen circumstances, so that left no water in bathroom including shower and some other issues.. would have been nice to be aware beforehand as it had happened awhile back… the house was clean and close to the highway which was an easy on/ off.

If you're looking for your dream beach house, this isn't it. BUT if you need a clean as a whistle place to crash for a couple nights, this is a bargain. There will be some highway noise but we slept well and it was remarkably clean.
