There are cameras on the property. One faces the parking area, one faces the back field, one faces the front field and one is at the front door.
This is a 1930 farmhouse on 3 acres. What that means is that though some of the features of the home have been updated, we have chosen to keep the craftsman charm alive. So, the floors are painted or covered with area rugs, the sinks and clawfoot bathtub are original, the kitchen has the original wallpaper, the stove is gas from 1940, and the 85-year-old refrigerator stands 5 feet tall with a 10” x 12” freezer. There may be smells and noises unfamiliar to a modern house. Also, you may see honeybees (4 hives on the back edge of the property), spiders, lizards, foxes, racoons, turkeys, deer and other wildlife. And did I mention dust? There are two horse stables within a stone’s throw which means….dust! If the above features are unattractive to you, I invite you not to book this home.
