If you need to smoke, feel free to do so in the backyard, and please dispose of cigarette butts off the property. We appreciate your cooperation and want to remind you that there is a $1000 fine for smoking inside.
4. Chill Atmosphere: We aim to provide a serene environment, so please no parties or social gatherings. If you have any special plans, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate. We appreciate honesty and transparency! Any group found to be deceitful will incur a $1000 surcharge.
5. Timely Check-ins and Check-outs: To keep everything running smoothly, please adhere to our check-in and check-out times. If you need adjustments, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late check-outs without notice may incur a $50/hour penalty.
6. Guest Counts: For the comfort and safety of all guests, please declare the number of occupants accurately. An undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for each unapproved guest.
7. Respectful Use of Space: Please be mindful not to move or rearrange furniture, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the space as intended.
8. Eco-Friendly Living: Help us conserve energy by turning off lights when not in use.
9. Extending Your Stay: If you're having a great time and want to extend your stay, we're happy to accommodate based on availability. Just give us a heads up 48 hours before your original checkout time.
10. Safety Key Deposit: To keep things running smoothly and ensure the key fob is returned at the end of your stay, we place a temporary $150 hold on your card — kind of like a hotel. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged unless the key isn’t returned or is damaged. It’s a simple way to help us keep the building secure and ready for future guests. Thanks so much for your understanding!
