The Neighborhood:

Property is located in a very safe and family friendly side of town in a newer subdivision close to all amenities, plus so close to the country. There is a train that runs nearby a few times a day. There is a small park just around the corner or a huge park, 5 minute walk, behind Sanders elementary.



Getting Around:

Located in desirable North East Modesto. Less than 3 mile radius from Doctors Medical Center, Memorial Medical Center and Stanislaus Surgical Hospital. 10 minutes from the Oakdale Hospital.

Please be aware of the following details to ensure a comfortable stay:



Stair Access: The front door and garage are on the ground level. A full flight of interior stairs is required to access the home's living space, which is entirely on the second floor. This property may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

Security: A Ring video doorbell is located at the front entrance for security purposes.
