This is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed at! The location was perfect, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The room was incredible and so unique. We will definitely be back!!!

I heard it was perfect, for both the Delta Digs and the Squeeze Box. The guys had a late check in and the host made it a seamless experience.

Quick Trip

We booked this unit last minute because we had to come to town for a funeral. My boyfriend was born in Clarksdale and has never been back as an adult so it was nice and convenient to be downtown within walking distance of everything so we could experience the culture first hand. The place was really cool and had a great vibe. Everything was nice and clean, the only downfall was the musky smell, like it had been closed up for a while.

The property is like stepping back in blues history. If you are there on Tuesday night, check out Hambone across the street…..also, the pecan beer was great!

Great home base to explore Clarksdale

Great stay in Clarksdale. This funky one bedroom was a perfect home base. Convenient to everything. Clean and comfortable. The time and expense put into the furnishings is impressive. Truly a one-of-a-kind accommodation. Book now - you won't be disappointed.

Delta Digs delivers!

We visited Clarksdale, hoping to experience the birthplace of the blues. We did not expect to experience an ice storm! Still, we managed to hear some terrific music and visit the Delta Blues Museum before the storm set in and essentially closed the town down. The Delta Digs folks were easy to contact and were concerned about our comfort. (Were we warm enough?) Highly recommend this place for an out-of-the-ordinary experience!

Great Getaway

My husband and I stayed at the Delta Digs over MLK Weekend in Clarksdale. The space is so unique and in itself is an activity to observe all the details. The location was perfect to walk to restaurants, the Delta Blues Museum, and Ground Zero Blues Club. I walked around the corner to Meraki Roasting Company for coffee each morning. The host was responsive and flexible. I highly recommend this space for your bluesy getaway.

Fun & comfy

This was such a fun & comfy place to stay in Clarksdale! It was so close to everything that we could have walked had it not been freezing during our visit. We loved the quirky style of the space, especially the xylophone coffee table! The bed was super comfy, & we got a great night's sleep! Highly recommend staying here!

Great location

Great location, walking distance to Ground Zero, Delta Blues Museum, many other music venues. The apartment had fabulous decor and the bed was very comfortable.

Perfect and Funky Fun

The location was perfect. The Delta Digs room was perfect for me and my friend. Big enough to move around and not bother each other during rest time. The room was perfectly fun with cool things to catch your eye. The bed was comfy too. We slept well and made friends with the people in the Hooker Hotel and Squeezebox. We will stay again on next trip.

Eclectic room decorations and bright colors make this room a lively and colorful place. Great location downtown near shops, attractions and restaurants/bars is very convenient. Had all the amenities we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Perfect location for two nights in Clarksdale!

Delta Digs is located in the Historic Downtown district of Clarksdale in the original Clarksdale Telegraph Building which was built in 1897. This historic building is located on the corner of Delta & Second, the best location in downtown. You can easily walk in less than five (5) minutes to all the live music venues downtown (Ground Zero Blues Club, Red's, New Roxy, Hambone Art & Music Gallery, Bluesberry, Bad Apple Blues Club & more), the Delta Blues Museum, restaurants (Yazoo Pass, Ground Zero Blues Club, Stone Pony, Dutch Oven, Hooker Groce, Levon's, Grandma's House of Pancakes, Bluesberry Cafe, Blue Cotton Bake Shop), Meraki Coffee Shop, the Wine & Spirits Shop, the convenience store, art galleries and key shopping (Cat Head, Nellie May's, Magpie, Delta Creations, Collective Seed & Supply).
In addition to the historic building, and its key location, the property offered a unique setting in which to build the Delta Digs, and its sister properties Squeezebox, and The Hooker Hotel.

Then return to Clarksdale for the evening(s) for live music 7 nights/week. Walk to Red's, New Roxy, Ground Zero Blues Club, Levon's, Hooker Grocer, Hambone & Bluesberry Cafe, all within 3-7 minutes.
