Welcome to your serene sanctuary in the heart of old town with walking distance to most attractions and grocery, café, delicacy, bars, restaurants and sushi with Norwegian seafood under a minute walk away.
This century apartment features four spacious bedrooms, each furnished with very comfortable king beds to ensure restful nights. The bathrooms in fossil limestone are equipped with rain showers and washer/dryers for laundry. The spacious lounge features a new 70-inch television and a generous sofa, providing a perfect space for relaxation and gathering with loved ones, while an additional lounge with a private kitchen provides ample space and a sofa bed for extra guests.

This was a great place to stay! We were close to the train station and the opera house. We had tons of space for the 7 of us. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The neighborhood had great bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Host was amazing at communicating updates, our group enjoyed their stay--very convenient location; cafes, restaurants, park, pier and central station all close by. Finishings were nice, and it was great having multiple bathrooms and washing machine. It did however feel like we were staying at someone's home while they were on holiday (clothes in some of the closets, food in the coffee table cooler, partially used toiletries in the shower) Plenty of bedding but pillows should be replaced, and apartment seemed clean but not professionally cleaned (as one would expect for the rate) Overall, we had a nice stay and would not hesitate booking if you are good with the above.

This apartment was quite spacious and the location was excellent. It was clean and the kitchen was functional. - although we could have done with more instructions about the appliances. The placement of the beds in the bedrooms was quite tight and one of them required that one person crawled over the other to get out! We had a bit of trouble understanding how to get in but finally learned how to do it and then it was quite easy. The host was very responsive and helpful.I think the only real issue was the level of noise from the downstairs bars and the street, particularly on Friday and Saturday night. This was unexpected - and did make it difficult to sleep.

Jannicke kindly answered our questions and ensured we had a wonderful stay. The place comfortably accommodated our large group of 11 adults, and we were even able to host a couple others for a dinner party. We enjoyed the convenient walks to the Opera House and central train station. Coincidentally, our stay happened to occur during the national Constitution Day celebration on 17 May, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pageantry. We are so grateful to Jannicke for the hospitality and we absolutely love the people and landscape of Norway. We can't wait to return.

The property is located on the second floor of an old building with very high ceilings. I say this because in was very difficult walking up the old stairway with suitcases and bad hip. The property had a mustier smell to it and many questioned if bedding had been cleaned properly. The stairway railing although very ornate needed to be cleaned as it was very dusty. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Walking to activities wasn't too bad but we did question the safety of the area. We were assured by our Uber driver upon arrival it was safe. Street noise was high and there was a rock and roll band playing both nights we were there. This interrupted our sleep. The. Apartment was hot during the day although opening the windows did help at night. Not 100 % satisfied
