This two bedroom apartment in Waters Edge Community has a King bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 sofa beds. Recommended for 7 adults or 6 adults + 3 kids, or 5 adults + 4 kids
Yas Mall is 5 mins away & grocery stores, salons + restaurants a walk away within the community.

Located in a high end gated community on Yas Island bordering the ocean. With card access at the gates, the building and resident parking.
Community facilities include a large multiple swimming pools, gyms, basketball and tennis courts and kids play area, etc

There is a Carrefour within the community, a walk away from the apartment building, restaurants, saloons, and a dry cleaning service place for your special laundry cleaning needs.
However, there is an in-unit Laundry room which has a washer dryer combo, ironing board & an iron for your convenience to meet your laundry needs without leaving the apartment!

It’s a stone throw away from all the Yas Island major attractions including Ferrari World, Sea World, Water park, Yas Mall. And a minimal driving distance from Yas Marina Circuit, Conference center, etc.

The apartment has been richly furnished with a 65inch smart TV, 5G Wi-Fi, smart working desk with wireless charging (place you phone on the desk and it will charge), desk also has booming speakers with USB and Bluetooth connection options.

6 beds, A king bed (180*200cm) in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds (90*200) that can be joined to form a king bed in the 2nd bedroom, a smaller toddler bed (75*180cm) and 2 sofa beds (each approximately 130*200cm) in the sitting room that can be prepared as beds upon notification at least a full day before your arrival.

In addition a floor mattress, a crib and baby high chair are available upon request with at-least a 24 hour notice.
We also have a stepping stool and toilet seat for potty-training toddlers.

A PS4 for the gamers and to keep kids entertained on your holiday!

There is a balcony with overlooking water (a canal), the courts and playground so you can watch your kids play and enjoy the view at the same time!

There is a fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen essentials for your convenient in-house preparation of all meals.

Coded unit door access with option of key access. Though code access allows for self check-in.
