Guest access
2 days before the reservation, we must receive the images of the IDs of the people who will be staying, as well as the license plates of their vehicles. If you do not deliver them on time, we cannot guarantee access to the property, as the staff of this project only work during working hours and the owner of the property is the one who manages access.
Other things to note
The villa has pets so we only allow 2 pets with a maximum weight of 15 pounds. Please do not allow pets to climb on the bed or furniture to preserve the order and good use of the property.

We are not responsible for items left behind in our properties. We will help manage the shipping but if you have to move long distance as we ask for compensation and we will only keep the item for a month.

It is important to know that although we strive to provide you with the best experience possible, we are not responsible for electrical or service failures when the breakdown is general of the town in which our property is located. These incidents are beyond our control, and while we will do our best to help you and keep you informed, we cannot guarantee immediate resolution of these issues.
