This home is our pride and joy, and we kindly ask you to treat it with care. By booking, you agree to these rules:

🔴 No Parties or Events
• Strictly no parties, events, or large gatherings.
• Unauthorized parties will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund and may involve local authorities.

🚭 No Smoking Inside
• Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home.
• Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 cleaning and odor removal fee.
• Smoking is allowed outside only, and all waste must be disposed of properly.

👤 Registered Guests Only
• Only guests included in your reservation are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors without prior approval.

🔇 Respect Quiet Hours (10 PM – 8 AM)
• Please respect neighbors and fellow guests. Excessive noise, loud music, or disturbances are not permitted.

🪑 Care for Furnishings & Property
• We have high-end furniture and finishes. Please treat everything gently and avoid moving large furniture.
• Report any damages immediately to avoid extra charges.
• Costs for repairs or replacement of damaged items will be charged to guests.

💦 Hot Tub Rules
• No food, glass, or oils in the hot tub.
• Shower before use.
• Use the hot tub responsibly and close the cover after each use.

🧹 Cleanliness & Trash
• Please keep the home tidy and clean up spills promptly.
• Dispose of garbage in designated bins.

⛔ Pets
• No pets allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized pets will incur a minimum $500 fee.

Minimum Age Requirement
• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present during the stay.

• Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

⚠️ Liability
• Guests use the lake, hot tub, and all property amenities at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
