Our lake house offers 6 comfortable bedrooms and 4.5 modern bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to provide both privacy and cozy gathering spaces for groups of up to 18 guests.
• The bright and airy loft family room features windows on three sides, letting in gorgeous lake views and natural light. It’s perfect for reading, enjoying coffee from the dedicated coffee hutch, or a fun game on the Brunswick pool table.
• The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom featuring radiant heated floors, plus a private deck for morning coffee or evening stargazing.
• A chef’s dream, the gourmet kitchen comes equipped with quartz countertops, a premium Wolf cooktop, and all the tools you’ll need to prepare meals together. A second fridge and two laundry areas help make longer stays comfortable and convenient.

This home is our pride and joy, and we kindly ask you to treat it with care. By booking, you agree to these rules:

🔴 No Parties or Events
• Strictly no parties, events, or large gatherings.
• Unauthorized parties will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund and may involve local authorities.

🚭 No Smoking Inside
• Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home.
• Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 cleaning and odor removal fee.
• Smoking is allowed outside only, and all waste must be disposed of properly.

👤 Registered Guests Only
• Only guests included in your reservation are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors without prior approval.

🔇 Respect Quiet Hours (10 PM – 8 AM)
• Please respect neighbors and fellow guests. Excessive noise, loud music, or disturbances are not permitted.

🪑 Care for Furnishings & Property
• We have high-end furniture and finishes. Please treat everything gently and avoid moving large furniture.
• Report any damages immediately to avoid extra charges.
• Costs for repairs or replacement of damaged items will be charged to guests.

💦 Hot Tub Rules
• No food, glass, or oils in the hot tub.
• Shower before use.
• Use the hot tub responsibly and close the cover after each use.

🧹 Cleanliness & Trash
• Please keep the home tidy and clean up spills promptly.
• Dispose of garbage in designated bins.

⛔ Pets
• No pets allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized pets will incur a minimum $500 fee.

Minimum Age Requirement
• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present during the stay.

🔐 Security
• Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

⚠️ Liability
• Guests use the lake, hot tub, and all property amenities at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

✅ At the moment, the boat and jet ski aren’t available.

Early check-in available when possible for $25 per hour before standard 4pm check-in time. Please request in advance - subject to availability.
1. 🕒 Check-In & Check-Out schedule

Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Late check-outs may result a $100 fee

2. 🔐 Entry & Security
The home uses keyless entry — you’ll receive a unique door code before your stay.
The code will be available only for the time frame of your reservation.

Lock all doors and windows when leaving or before going to bed.

3. 👥 Occupancy & Guests
Max 16 overnight guests — no additional guests or visitors without prior approval.
❌ No party’s 🎈 or events. This is a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood.

4. 🤫 Noise & Neighbors
Quiet hours: 11 PM to 7 AM
Please be mindful of neighbors — especially around the lake and fire pit.


No outdoor speakers or sound systems.



5. 🚭 Smoking & Vaping
No smoking or vaping indoors.


If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.



6. 🐾 Pets
No pets allowed, unless pre-approved.


Service animals are welcome — please notify us in advance.



7. 🌿 Property Respect & Cleanliness
Treat the home with care.


No food or drinks in bedrooms.


Clean up after yourself, especially in the kitchen and outdoor areas.


Excessive messes may result in extra cleaning fees.



8. ⚠️ House Use & Safety
Please do not move any indoor or outdoor furniture.


The garage is accessible, but the golf cart is not available for guest use.


Boat and jet ski are not available for guest use. Please do not attempt to use or access them.


Fireplaces and storage areas are off-limits.


Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly.



9. 🌬️ Utilities & Energy
Turn off lights, A/C, heat, and electronics when not in use.


Keep windows and doors closed when heating or cooling is on.



10. 🚗 Parking
Up to 4 vehicles may park in the driveway.


Please do not park on the lawn or block neighboring driveways.



11. 🛁 Hot Tub & Amenities
Use the hot tub respectfully: no glass, no food, and no roughhousing.


Shower before use and always cover it after.


Children under 12 must be supervised near the hot tub and lake.
We don’t take any responsibility for any injuries.
