Luxury 3/2 home with pool & spa

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our vacation home is located within the beautifully maintained gated community of Briarwood in Naples. Its EXCELLENT location will make our 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with heated saltwater pool/spa home your favorite. Our home has a spacious open floor plan designed to comfortably accommodate 8 guests (4 adults and 4 children, or 2 adults and 5 children), we are pet friendly with a fee, fully furnished with all the comforts of home.

The community of Briarwood is located along Livingston Road, just minutes from beaches, Olde Naples and its Fifth Avenue shopping and dining.

This private, gated community features a 24-hour manned gatehouse, a private park, tennis courts, pickleball courts, soccer field, beach volleyball court, basketball court, two heated swimming pools, and community event center.
Reservations made 7 days or less before arrival are subject to an additional $100 to cover expediting the Briarwood Lease Application.
NO smoking in the HOUSE, GARAGE and LANAI.
Do NOT sit on house furniture with sunscreen or wet clothes.
Do NOT move the house furniture. Or any inside furniture outdoors or into the lanai.
Do NOT allow pets on furniture or use house linens, blankets etc. as bed for pets.
We do require you to sign a vacation rental agreement and Briarwood Lease application prior to your stay. Briarwood is a gated community and you will NOT be allowed entry without these forms be completed. Therefore, we will ask for your email to deliver the forms.

Great Experience in Naples

The house was beautiful, location was near all the restaurants and beaches, we were met by the homeowners who were very gracious. We loved our entire time we were there. Looking forward to an opportunity to return.

Wonderful, relaxing stay

My husband and I had such a great time staying here with our two daughters. Keith & Beth's place is beautiful, comfortable and very clean. We had everything we needed. There's a beautiful pool and outdoor space, well equipped kitchen, bikes and plenty of beach supplies. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Home

Centrally located in Naples. Short distance from all the fun things to do. Close to my family that lives in Southwest Florida. Home has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Will definitely only rent here when come to Naples again.

Fabulous Oasis!

House was remarkably laid out, sparkling clean and had everything we needed considering we flew into Naples and couldn’t bring much with us. The Pool, spa, house amenities and nearby beaches were great! Keith and Beth were so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return and recommend this property to anyone who needs a vacation!

Great Naples getaway

Keith's place was amazing and comfortable. Plenty of room and the pool and spa were excellent. Keith was very responsive and made us feel welcome in his home and in Naples. He was particularly great after a traumatic incident our family had, unrelated to the home, and even checked in on us after we left. I will definitely return.

Great property

We really enjoyed our week long vacation at this house. Recently renovated and very clean. Kids loved the saltwater, heated pool, and adults too:) Located in great neighborhood, close to restaurants and 10 minute car ride to the beach. Owners very nice and very responsive. Went out of their way and had the house ready for us even before check in time. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for letting us use your house !

We have been coming down for the past few years, usually the first weeks of November. Beth and Keith were great hosts, showed up to make sure we were comfortable. The couple times we had questions they were answered immediately. Great location. Can get anywhere in 15 minutes or less. Great time

Best vacation so far

This has been my family's best vacation so far. We have never visted Naples before but we will definitely be back! Such a nice area with plenty to see and do! This house and location exceeded our expectations! The pics do not do begin to showcase the house. We were relaxing and in heaven the whole time. The owners Keith and Beth are super nice people makeing sure we have a great experience from start to finish! Couldn't ask for more. Absolute 10/10 all the way!

Beautiful Naples Vacation Home

Just rented this gorgeous home for the last month and highly recommend it. It is in a gated community in the southeast section of Naples. It is centrally located to the beach, Old Naples, the Naples Zoo, shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. The amenities of both the house and the neighborhood are of high quality. Our landlords are the best and attend to every need quickly. We have rented from the McCullen’s for the last four years and look forward to renting from them again in 2020.

Beautiful Vacation Home

Keith and Beth were absolutely amazing, communication was the best I’ve ever received and we’ve been using VRBO for over 10 years. The online pictures don’t do this beautiful home justice. The home itself was spotless when we arrived, and had everything you could possibly need at a rental .The pool area was clean , plenty of room for our group of 7 to swim . The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, which was fine by us . We visited Lowdermilk beach the most, its really pretty but parking can be tricky in the afternoon. The only bad thing that I can say is that I had to leave and come home, I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Another great month in Naples

This was my second year in Briarwood/first stay in this house. It was wonderful! The house is great - on a quiet cul-de-sac and the pool is fantastic. It gets sun most of the day and we took full advantage.The house is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The hosts Keith and Beth are the best. I am looking forward to many more visits in the future.

Wonderful stay

We had an excellent time at this property, it was everything we expected!!! The owners were very courteous and got back to us right away to answer any questions that we had. They greeted us the moment we were able to get in the house and settled. The property was very clean and organized. We absolutely enjoyed the house especially the backyard amenities such as the pool and hot tub. 4th of July Vacation

The home is in a beautiful gated community, very quiet. We never heard any of the neighbors. The home is laid out very well and is stocked with everything you need. Keith and Beth were amazing to work with from start to finish. We enjoyed the week and would rent this home again. Plenty of room for your family. The pool was used every day many times.
