This bright and airy 1BR condo offers an open concept living and kitchen area, with gleaming hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and filtered cold water at the kitchen sink, so no need for bottled water or a Brita! Note: Trash and recycling bins are located down the back stairs in the alley, just to the left of the gate. If you need to use them during your stay, please use caution on the stairs, especially after rain or snow, as they may be slippery. Be sure to close the back gate securely when you're finished.

No Smoking: The NO smoking rule includes, cigarettes, vaping, marijuana inside of the home. If a violation of this rule occurs a fee of $500 will be charged. (Only outside)
No Pets: We love pets, but unfortunately, this property is not pet-friendly
No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbors and avoid hosting any parties or events. IF the NO party rule is violated there will be a charge of $1,000.
Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour.
