気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The host wasn’t responsive. After a day and a half of the booking when there was no response or confirmation from him I reached out to vrbo and they provided me another number to contact him. Upon finally connecting with him, he informed that the apartment wasn’t available and he cannot host us, Vrbo tried to contact the host as well but no response, finally when they reached the host he told them that he doesn’t speak English and only speaks Arabic (which wasnt the case as he communicated wifg me in english) so that he doesn’t have to provide a proper explanation to vrbo staff who weren’t well versed in Arabic. But the Vrbo relocation team was very empathetic and provided me with relocation immediately and were so very helpful with the refund. I would definitely book through Vrbo again but with this host. I am usually not a person who writes reviews but in this case I thought this review would be very helpful to give a heads up and caution other fellow Vrbo users who travel out of country and book accommodation for their friends and families.
