Casa Golondrina (House of the Swallows) is located in beautiful 'Sueno Real', a gated 10 condo unit, at the end of Paseo Punta Santa Cruz, overlooking the principal bay 'Santa Cruz', the cruise ship pier and two of the favorite beaches in the region.

Casa Golondrina features a large living area with high ceilings, marble floors, granite counter tops, stylish decoration and among the most beautiful views in Huatulco. Enjoy your morning coffee (locally grown) while watching Santa Cruz wake up. If you are in luck, a cruise ship will dock in front of you. The evening brings you spectacular sunsets over the mountains, and the aerobatics of the local swallow population. In between, you can explore the many beautiful beaches, or if you prefer, lounge in the beautiful infinity pool.

If you decide to leave the confines of Sueno Real, taxis are plentiful and inexpensive (less than $2.00/40 pesos into town) or an easy 15 minute walk into either Santa Cruz or La Crucecita.

Relaxing week at Sueno Real

We had a wonderful stay at Sueno Real. The location is perfect, beautiful view of bay and a short walk to town. The unit was clean and well stocked with access to a great pool to lounge at. Our host Dan was very helpful and answered all our questions and give use help advice on restaurants and activities. Will definitely be returning in the future.

just an amazing property in paradise

We had a great vacation in this lovely gated, safe complex. The staff was excellent. The condo was well stocked with a BBQ. There were incredible views and sunsets. The condo, grounds, and pool were all immaculate.

Exceeds Expectations

This might be the best location in Huatulco. Fantastic views to Santa Cruz beach and the cruise ship docks with 40-80 peso taxi ride to almost anywhere in town. Great staff and well maintained grounds and swimming pool. The unit is functional, comfortable and beautifully designed.
