Tucked in a serene pocket just 10 mins north of downtown Sonoma, Chestnut Overlook is a 4,000 sq. ft. home designed for relaxation, gathering, and unforgettable sunsets. This modern 6-bedroom retreat comfortably accommodates families, friends, or small groups looking to enjoy the best of wine country in a peaceful and private setting.

* 6 Bedrooms: 1 King, 4 Queen, and 1 with 2 Twin beds – all outfitted with premium Comphy Company luxury bedding
* Vaulted ceilings and generous room sizes create a bright and open feel throughout the home
* Dedicated office space for remote work, complete with fast Wi-Fi (400+ MB/sec)
Comfort Meets Convenience
* Central A/C and heating for year-round comfort
* Fully equipped kitchen: full-size refrigerator/freezer, coffee bean grinder, hot water kettle, microwave, pots, pans, and more

Sia and Ashish are a husband and wife duo based in Sonoma, California. Originally from Berkeley and San Jose, they spent 13 years owning and operating Olea Hotel (15-room boutique hotel) in Glen Ellen, where they developed a deep passion for hospitality and guest experience. Now raising their two children, Dylan and Reyna, they remain rooted in the Sonoma community and continue to draw inspiration from their time in the hotel industry.
