These homes were built in the early 1900's when Dunnellon was a booming mining town. Both homes are located on Chestnut Street two doors apart in the downtown historic district . These homes are located just minutes from the Rainbow River. Walk to all the friendly local shops and great restaurants. Great for multi-family trips. Both homes are fully renovated and furnished with modern appliances and amenites. Each home has three queen beds and a Sleeper sofa. Both homes have pool tables with one home having a full game room. Outback are spacious patio decks with full seating, BBQ grills, Corn Hole sets and fire pits. Bikes and kayaks are available upon request.
