Oceanfront Three Bedroom Condo - Crescent Sands C-4-September discounted!
The master bedroom has a king bed and is directly oceanfront (with access to the balcony). It also has direct access to the private master bathroom. The master bedroom has new furniture in June 2020. The master bath has been remolded with a tile walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds.is directly oceanfront with access to the balcony. This unit is located on next door to Crescent Sands at Crescent Beach - B4 and is great for families traveling together!
All condos are nonsmoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.
The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. By using the pool, pool area and/or grilling area, you agree to hold harmless the Crescent Sands Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, its Owners, its Property Manager, and its Certified Pool Operator.
