The front of the house has a porch with white rockers and a large driveway. The house has a two- car garage. While guests will have access to the garage, I store my car and beach accessories along with bikes. Renters are welcome to use the bikes and beach accessories such as chairs, umbrellas and toys.
The first floor also contains an east facing large second primary en-suite with a king bed, twin day bed and trundle for extra sleeping space. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and large tiled shower. The first floor has a powder room and an extra TV room with a sectional sleeper sofa that turns into a bed and closes off with pocket doors.
The basement has a stroller, portable crib as well as a full crib needing assembly.
The second floor has a gorgeous primary bedroom with cathedral ceilings and Murano glass chandelier. It has a king bed and sitting room with antique settees. A French door leads out to the large terrace with outdoor sectional seating. The en-suite primary bathroom has a beautiful soaker tub, cippolino marble tile, Madeli double vanity and spacious walk-in shower.
The second floor has four additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two of the four bedrooms have double French doors leading to the terrace overlooking the pool. Each bedroom has two galaxy chairs each outside their door to enjoy morning coffee or an evening sunset. The east facing bedroom has a cathedral ceiling and chaise lounge reading nook.
There are two full bathrooms on the second floor in addition to the primary bathroom. One bathroom has a large shower tub and double vanity while the other bathroom has a tiled shower and single vanity.
The large backyard has a heated pool and a fully stocked 720 sq foot bluestone paver patio with grill, loungers, umbrellas, large dining table and sitting area with a pergola. The backyard is fenced and manicured with hydrangeas, azaleas, rhododendras, lilac, crape myrtles, and dogwood trees all blooming during different seasons.
If renting for longer than two weeks, lodging taxes do not need to be collected.
For the 2025 Summer and Fall season, there is an adjacent property undergoing new build construction from Monday through Fridays.
