As a long time VRBO user I can safely say that this was the very BEST overall experience I’ve had. From the moment I arrived at the property (located in the epicenter of all Woodstock activities) until I walked into the unit (looks even *better* in person) I was blown away!! Incredibly tidy, well appointed and super cozy it was everything I could have asked for and more!I have already booked two additionalStays here and have recommended all my friends to do the same! A 10/10 Hudson Valley experience!

Check in was very easy. Michael O was very accommodating and responded right away with any questions. The place was very clean and all appliances seemed to be new.

The location cannot be beat, right in the center of Woodstock where you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. The apartment is furnished with all that you need for a short stay and well appointed. What people have not mentioned in their reviews is: 1) The whole building looks hundreds of years old---including the very warped wooden floors which you will notice when walking. Beware if you have mobility issues. 2) 1 flight of stairs to get to the apartment 3) Worst of all the noise---you will hear every car, truck and conversation that happens outside the windows. AND you will hear the upstairs tenant move across the creaky floors which happened at 12 am, 1 am, 2, am, 3 am and 6 am when they get ready for the day each day. I did not have a restful stay. If you are not a light sleeper, this may not bother you at all.

The unit is in a building on a commercial street, with storefronts on the first floor, four short term rentals on the second floor and an attic which houses some number of service workers, who come and go and make noise at all times of day and night. There is very little noise isolation from them. Worst of all, their frequently used bathroom is located directly above the bed in the unit. I booked the unit for four nights and ended up leaving after the first night because I could barely get any sleep with all the noise.
