The ArtHaus is a bold, design-driven home in East Austin - built for relaxing, entertaining, and living well. Inside, you’ll find a gym, sauna, and striking architecture throughout. Out back, an Austin mural, pool, hot tub, grill and stylish lounge seating set the scene. With 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and space for up to 16 guests, it’s the perfect high-style home base just minutes from downtown.

The Space:

The ArtHaus is designed for groups who want space and style. The main level has an open kitchen, dining, and living area opening to the pool, plus two bedrooms. Upstairs is the primary suite with balcony and two ensuite bedrooms. A separate loft offers a bunk room, patio, gym, and sauna.

The process from beginning to end was amazing. Every question I had was answered timely. Easy check in process. The house itself had everything in working condition. It’s beautiful. We loved the pool, gym and sauna. We had ten family members staying. Everyone from the kids to the adults had fun. We definitely will stay again.

40th Birthday Celebration

Beautiful property! Perfect for a large family gathering. Only complaint is pool was hot it was August but maybe some shade would keep it cool in the Texas heat. Otherwise it was amazzzing!!!! We had so much fun well designed for gatherings!

Perfect Blend of Work and Play!We stayed at The ArtHaus for a girls’ working trip and couldn’t have picked a better place! The home is stunning beautifully designed with plenty of spaces to sit, work, and unwind together. It was the perfect balance of productivity and relaxation.We hired a private chef to cook dinner one night, and the kitchen was amazing. It was fully equipped, spacious, and a dream to cook in. Every area of the house was thoughtfully set up for comfort, from the stylish living spaces to the pool, sauna, and hot tub.Jeremy, the host, was absolutely fantastic! Super responsive, kind, and helpful from start to finish.We can’t recommend The ArtHaus enough for anyone looking for a luxurious getaway that’s ideal for both work and play!

Host seems to be extorting us for alleged noise complaints and trying to charge us extra without providing any evidence of fines or damage, no police cameAnd no neighbours complained directly to us. We always kept noise within reasonable limits. And kept the doors shut throughout the entire stay. Never had any issues with the neighbours. Seems like the guy is trying to make money by scamming the visitors. I am a worldTraveller and have stayed at multi million dollar houses all over the world and never had any issues like this anywhere else.

During this stay, there were repeated incidents of extremely loud music outdoors until 3 AM, despite multiple direct contacts and assurances from the guest that it would stop. The disturbances continued, and the City of Austin issued us a citation, which was then passed on to the guest. We have video evidence from neighbors and documented communication attempts, and we will always enforce local noise ordinances to protect both our property and the surrounding community. Our home is designed for guests to enjoy its many amenities, but it must be done respectfully and within city regulations.
