The process from beginning to end was amazing. Every question I had was answered timely. Easy check in process. The house itself had everything in working condition. It’s beautiful. We loved the pool, gym and sauna. We had ten family members staying. Everyone from the kids to the adults had fun. We definitely will stay again.

40th Birthday Celebration

Beautiful property! Perfect for a large family gathering. Only complaint is pool was hot it was August but maybe some shade would keep it cool in the Texas heat. Otherwise it was amazzzing!!!! We had so much fun well designed for gatherings!

Perfect Blend of Work and Play!We stayed at The ArtHaus for a girls’ working trip and couldn’t have picked a better place! The home is stunning beautifully designed with plenty of spaces to sit, work, and unwind together. It was the perfect balance of productivity and relaxation. We hired a private chef to cook dinner one night, and the kitchen was amazing. It was fully equipped, spacious, and a dream to cook in. Every area of the house was thoughtfully set up for comfort, from the stylish living spaces to the pool, sauna, and hot tub.Jeremy, the host, was absolutely fantastic! Super responsive, kind, and helpful from start to finish. We can’t recommend The ArtHaus enough for anyone looking for a luxurious getaway that’s ideal for both work and play!

Host seems to be extorting us for alleged noise complaints and trying to charge us extra without providing any evidence of fines or damage, no police cameAnd no neighbours complained directly to us. We always kept noise within reasonable limits. And kept the doors shut throughout the entire stay. Never had any issues with the neighbours. Seems like the guy is trying to make money by scamming the visitors. I am a worldTraveller and have stayed at multi million dollar houses all over the world and never had any issues like this anywhere else.

During this stay, there were repeated incidents of extremely loud music outdoors until 3 AM, despite multiple direct contacts and assurances from the guest that it would stop. The disturbances continued, and the City of Austin issued us a citation, which was then passed on to the guest. We have video evidence from neighbors and documented communication attempts, and we will always enforce local noise ordinances to protect both our property and the surrounding community. Our home is designed for guests to enjoy its many amenities, but it must be done respectfully and within city regulations.

Stay in the heart of one of Austin’s most vibrant and evolving neighborhoods. This spot offers the perfect mix of local culture, laid-back charm, and easy access to everything that makes East Austin special. Walk just a few blocks to some of the city's best coffee shops, food trucks, and hidden-gem restaurants. Whether you're craving Texas barbecue, craft cocktails, or a morning pastry, you're in the right place.

For outdoor lovers, nearby Rosewood Park offers green space, trails, and a community pool. If nightlife is more your scene, you're a short ride from East 6th Street’s buzzing bars and live music venues. Plus, you’re minutes away from Austin’s biggest events like SXSW and ACL, while still having a peaceful retreat to come home to.

Stay where locals love to be—right in the middle of it all, without the crowds.

この宿泊施設の特徴

ArtHaus is a bold, design-forward home that doesn’t hold back—think striking architecture, curated interiors, and a custom Austin mural watching over the pool. The private gym has everything you need, including a cedar sauna and cold towels in the fridge. Outside, daybeds and bean bags surround the hot tub, while the loft guesthouse has its own firepit lounge. It’s a creative, high-style space made for groups who want more than just a place to sleep.
