Kitchen - Equipped with everything a cook needs to feel at home. Includes a Drip Coffee Maker that offers a single-serve option with complimentary coffee & sugar, a microwave, a toaster oven that is also an air fryer, spices, (more than just your basics), plenty of pots and pans & much more.

The living room is a cozy space for family time or watching your favorite show on the 55-inch smart TV.

The laundry area includes a brand-new washer and dryer along with a starter supply of laundry detergent and fabric softener. There is an ironing board and iron. Left out for guests is a caddy with cleaning supplies if ever needed.

The backyard is fenced-in with plenty of room to play and enjoy.

Please note that the cleaning fee is for stays less than 5 days. For any stay that is 5 days or over but less than 10 days, cleaning fee is $130. Any stay 10 days or over but less than 14 days, cleaning fee is $150.
