Sehr großes Haus und sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus war sehr groß, modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage war sehr außerhalb, aber dafür sehr ruhig und fern vom Touristen Trouble. Der Pool hatte die perfekte Größe. Man konnte morgens frische Tomaten pflücken und genießen. Top Unterkunft,sehr freundliche Vermieter und eine tolle Tavernen unter dem Haus.

The Real Greece

Agapi and Giogios made my family (5 adults and 2 teens) feel at home in their wonderful villa. This is truly a hidden gem, around 30 mins from Chania in the mountains. The view is amazing and the facilities in the villa the best we have ever experienced. Their hospitality started pre arrival with excellent instructions, a warm welcome on our arrival day lots of helpful advice on places to eat, visit and park in Chania. The villa is next door to the most amazing taverna as an added bonus. If it’s peace and quite, amazing facilities and breathtaking views this has to be a number one choice. An amazing holiday venue and hosts.

An idyllic place!

This is a five star setting, which really made our holiday experience something quite unique. Nestled in the White Mountains, the views are stunning, particularly given the balcony faces east. Agapi and George were gracious hosts. Their home beautifully cared for; the pool is great fun. We are a family of seven and felt very well accommodated. Location is just right to set out in any direction. Adjacent to the property is very popular tavern serving the most exquisite local dishes. An absolutely idyllic stay. Thank you Agapi and George!

Family reunion

We had a wonderful stay at Armonia boutique living, the house is beautiful and well equipped. There is a fantastic restaurant right next to the house and Agapi and her husband were very kind and very informative and helpful. It is a bit of a drive along winding roads to get there, but if you like peace and silence and beautiful mountain sees then it’s totally worth it.

Parfait, des vacances de rêve

Un service irréprochable, prestation de haut niveau. Agapi et Georges étaient très attentionnés tant sur la maison et ses installations, mais également pour notre bien être en nous proposant sorties, excursions, adresses de restaurants sur La Canée. Décorée avec soin, la maison offre tout le confort rêvé pour passer de très bonnes vacances, un potager avec tomates, melons, herbes aromatiques, des figues à foison ! A noter la taverne voisine, pour déguster des plats crétois, simples mais tellement savoureux.

Amazing holiday villa

We have just returned from what I have to say it's the best villa experience we have ever had. The villa is absolutely fantastic, it has absolutely everything you could need in a home away from home. The owners were so friendly, attentive and so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We felt like part of the family by the time we left. The views are spectacular, idyllic setting within a 30 minute drive from the wonderful city of Chania. We loved sitting with a drink on the veranda in the evening enjoying the sunsets. Star gazing and local owls and swallows were a daily treat. The taverna next door served excellent traditional Cretan cuisine and were so friendly. The local area is so full of traditional experiences, the food, local produce, the honey, the neighbours all made this a fantastic holiday. The villa even had it's own vegetable plot so we were never short of fresh produce, real farm to table experience. Great quiet base away from it all, but within easy reach of Crete's fantastic beaches, cities and historical sights. The villa is well equipped, great pool, the BBQ and pizza oven were great. We had one week as a group of 8, with plenty of room and one week as as family of 4. Highly recommend the villa, the owners and their family, really made our holiday. The owners were on hand with so much local knowledge and great recommendations for places to visit, the best beaches and where to eat.Will definitely return, we loved it.

I highly recommend this wonderful villa and terrific hosts

The villa is beautifully furnished, equipped to a high standard as seen in the pictures on the owners' details. There was a lovely welcome pack for us and the owners were there to greet us on arrival. The beds are really comfortable, the bathrooms immaculate, and as with everything else, spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you could ask for and more and the sitting area has a good L shaped settee in front of a large flat screen TV which you don't need at all as the view is so mesmerizing. The pool gets the Sun most of the day and when it is shaded there is plenty of space in the garden on the verandah to sit in the sun. The gardens have Lemon, Carob and Mulberry trees and a fantastic hedge of Jasmine and Honeysuckle. But the view from the Verandah: breathtaking, you can see for miles and miles. We spent hours just watching. The sky was full of Swallows and we even had a visit from two Owls most nights who perched a few feet from us. The local village is very pretty and has two very good tavernas one of which is very close by and excellent, the other about a mile's walk away. I must mention Agapi and her husband Georgios who are the most perfect hosts. On our first day, and despite being late arriving, they happily escorted us into Chania so we could find the best supermarket. (There is a local mini market five minutes away which is OK but not adequate for a major shop). On the way they pulled over at a roadside stall, nipped in, and bought us some natural yoghurt and this with the local fruit and honey became breakfast routine. On a separate occasion, we managed to lock ourselves out and again meeting them both to collect another set of keys seemed to be no issue at all. Our Son joined us for the last part of the holiday and travelled having been unwell. Unfortunately, he became worse so we called Agapi for the number of a doctor. She directed us to a clinic, met us there with her Son to help us and waited until we were ready to leave. Georgios is a Doctor and he arranged for test results to be emailed to me and explained clearly the prescription and even came to visit later that day. Aside from this, Agapi brought us fruit from her garden, homemade stuffed vine leaves and some lovely cakes! They are the best hosts imaginable.

In the taverns of the village and the region, the food tastes like village, island, summer and is served to you in a unique landscape overlooking the valley.
Drawing inspiration from our roots, from the land of Culture, Art and Philosophy, you taste hospitality in its most elemental form.
Walking through the courtyard and the welcoming garden, you will find fresh aromatic plants such as Jasmine, Basil, Rosemary that will awaken all your senses. On them, butterflies and bees create a unique painting.
Pretentious loving touches are present throughout the decoration of the house, while from the open windows you can see the flight of swallows and images that create relaxation in your every cell.

Our villa is fully equipped with all the home amenities you might need, so you don't have to worry about a thing.

All artwork is created by me. I have gathered a lot of experience from attending art exhibitions to try to create a warm and friendly experience
