Welcome! Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 12. Enjoy large rooms, cozy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Located just 4 miles from Hunter Army Airfield, 6 miles from downtown, and 20 miles from Tybee Island. Free Wi-Fi and pet-friendly with a fee. We've included both professional and real-time photos from our cleaning team so you know exactly what to expect. We'd love to host you!

Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Once inside, the master bedroom will be to the left, and the living room will be to the right. Settle in and enjoy a movie on the large SmartTV; a comfy sofa bed and armchair complete this space.
Through the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen. We provide all major appliances, essential cookware, and dinnerware. Across the hall from the living room is the dining room. Enjoy your meals at the farm table with two benches and two chairs.
This house has three bedrooms with a split bedroom floor plan. The master bedroom has two full-size beds, access to the backyard and patio, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Bedrooms two, three, and the second full bathroom are down the hall, past the living room and dining room.
Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The second full bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
A full-size washer and dryer are near the garage entrance.
Head outside to enjoy the fully-fenced backyard; the patio has a grill and a small table and chairs available.

Great little place

The house was great, the minor issues we had were addressed by the staff and resolved. I would not hesitate to refer Patriot homes to my friends and family.

The property was mostley as shown. There were a few problems. There were no.blankets on the beds. Just sheets. The wooden gate was also damaged.

Roaches and difficult check in

Some of my friends elected to sleep in their car rather than in the house because of how dirty and gross it was. Roaches everywhere. Backyard full of cigarettes. There was a weed pipe just chilling in the yard.Though the host is nice - you have to pay fees on vrbo then pay for the stay separately with them.
