Your cozy getaway awaits in Stephenville at this gorgeous house. With 3 bedrooms including a king, queen, and 2 full beds (sleeps 8 comfortably) guests will feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials, including a hairdryer and shower. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

It's perfect for families, groups, or anyone looking to soak up the local atmosphere. Our home is designed for fun and relaxation.

Many will love that we're just a stone's throw away from Tarleton's Football Stadium, making game day a breeze. So, whether you visit TSU, explore the town or simply unwind. Our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

We do offer a few unique services to our guests. The first being our concierge service. Groceries/drinks, etc can be delivered to the house prior to your arrival. All items will be set it up neatly and organized for you in the kitchen and refrigerator upon your arrival. This is a flat fee of $20 plus the cost of groceries. Just message if you would like this service along with what groceries/drinks you would like delivered.

Also offered is celebration/party set ups for graduation, birthdays, etc. We can do small arches, streamers, etc. The fee for that will depend on the type of decorations you would like. Just message me if you are interested in this service and we can get the details on what you would like.

This is one of the nicest houses I have stayed in while visiting my son in Stephenville. I would stay here again. The owners are very thoughtful with hosting. Everything was clearly marked and stocked. The beds were very comfortable, the yard was nicely kept, the bathrooms were updated nicely. This house was fantastic!

We stayed at this home for a graduation about 30 minutes away. It was the perfect size for our family, including 2 teenagers and my mother in law. The home is very nicely renovated and appointed with all the little touches. We loved the little coffee bar area, and greatly appreciated the snack assortment after a long drive. The home was spotless and very comfortable. The location is extremely convenient to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

This is a fabulous house! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were user friendly and the host even left some snacks as a welcoming gift. One of the best vrbo rentals that I’ve ever stayed in.

The house was perfect. We needed to stay in Stephenville for the night before Tarleton graduation. The house is close to campus. We will be back, although 1 graduated, another starts Tarleton in the fall of 2026. Communication was great with host.

This is a great house, especially for gameday. It is literally minutes to the entrance to Memorial Stadium. It is very clean, modern and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. The house was very well decorated and the furniture and beds were nice and very comfortable. Coffee bar was set up perfectly and kitchen supples were plentiful. We could not be more satisfied!

What a great house! We were in town for my son’s graduation from Tarleton and this house is in the PERFECT place! We were mere steps away from the new EECU! The host had the perfect touches to this super cute house.. comfortable beds, great open concept in the kitchen and living room, and even some welcome snacks and cold waters in the fridge! I had several questions before we arrived and she was always so quick to answer. I highly recommend this for your next stay in Stephenville!

House was clean and well equipped and access was simple enough through door keypad. Close access to TSU softball fields. Dining space very limited, 2 bar stools & 3 very mini stools at small island. Bedding was comfortable and heat/air worked through single thermostat. Kitchen appliances dated - no working ice maker/primary micro wave not functional - mini counter top provided. Step down/up to converted master bedroom and back door very high, potential hazard for elderly & toddlers. 1 TV with Roku, fine for us but some would prefer bedroom TV. Overall a nice place to stay for activities at TSU.

The house was perfect for a family of 5. The master was at one end and the two bedrooms at the other allowing the kids and us to have a bit of privacy. It is so close to the stadium that we were able to walk to and from it for the game. So convenient. Also very convenient to HEB and a bunch of restaurants. House was very clean and the custom island was huge and very nice. Sink was new too and made cleaning dishes and fruits and veggies easy. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Host was very responsive to questions. Whole experience was just great.
