Laundry Access:
Guests have access to a separate, private laundry room on the property equipped with a new stackable washer and dryer. It’s not inside the main home, it’s a small standalone room just steps away, clean and easy to use.
Detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

It was a nice little guesthouse. It was a little dirty. But the host was great. There needed to be more linens and towels. Overall it was nice. I was a little confused when I realized the guesthouse was not the place I thought I was paying for. The price was very affordable though!!

The neighborhood is part of El Paso’s historic district, where you'll find beautiful architecture, established homes, and a true sense of community. We love how close it is to Downtown, UTEP, hospitals, and Fort Bliss — all just minutes away. It’s quiet, walkable, and feels like you're connected to the roots of the city while still having everything within easy reach.

You get the charm of a century-old property with the comfort and convenience of a brand-new space, all in a central El Paso location, just outside, enjoy views of the Franklin Mountains and easy access to local walking trails. You're only a 10 minute drive from Downtown El Paso, hospitals, nightlife, and Southwest University Park, the home of the El Paso Chihuahuas and Locomotive FC.
