The kitchen is fully equipped with a
appliances like: Microwave, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, fridge, gas cooker, airfrier, coffe maker,juicer plates, kitchen ware etc everything else to help you make a home cooked meal.
The laundry area comprises of an 8kg washing machine, Laundry basket, Ironing worktop and lots of storage.
A cleaner is available to keep the apartment clean.
Gate house with a gate man is available with security cameras.
Solar system available for only lighting as backup.
There is Ample and secure parking space enough for atleast 12 cars.
