This was really nice place to stay with enough space for me, my best friend, my daughter and her best friend, it had everything we needed and extra, the only thing that o would suggest is new beach chairs, the ones that are there had mold on them, I think the outdoor closet that they are kept in just needs a good cleaning, other than that it was a nice place

Many issues made our stay uncomfortable: broken outdoor furniture hole in balcony floor ripped screens on balcony walls had many black marks unable to lock patio door peeling paint on doors cracked tiles in kitchen needs major updating

Good stay

Nice property, a little Maintaince on the outside is needed, small items inside also. Owner was prompt on a problem, could not ask for better service. Overall a. Good stay, need more outside seating by pool and by intercostal.

Wonderful!

It truly was a wonderful place to stay! There was plenty of room for all of us and the balcony’s were fantastic! The pool was perfect, kids couldn’t get enough of it! It was very centrally located to everything. We truly enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay here again!

Very close to the beach on Siesta Key

The condo had a good location between Siesta Key beach and other attractions. The pool is great! The condo is nice !

Improvements suggested

Nice area. This is our third year staying in Sierra Key. The master bedroom had no towel racks. Also the master bedroom could have used a chair. Also, the bed was a bit too high and tight against the door and opposite side. I could not figure out out how to set the thermostat properly.

Family reunion and celebration!

Our stay at Bay Oaks was perfect on the occasion of a family reunion and celebration of my Dad’s 90th birthday in nearby Sarasota. We had the best of both worlds, proximity to the gatherings and the pleasure of being on Siesta Key! The condo was clean, spacious and suited the needs for my husband and I along with our 2 adult children. Loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We reached out to the property manager regarding the need to replace batteries on the keyless lock and his reply was prompt, pleasant and very helpful. The concern was resolved quickly. A little updating of decor in this condo would make it perfect! The living room furniture is pretty worn and does not provide much support. It wasn’t too much of a problem as our stay was brief and we were out and about most of the time. The pool area is wonderful! We spent quite a bit of time lounging and swimming. There were plenty of chairs and tables and options to sit in the sun or the shade. This was our first experience utilizing Vrbo and is won’t be our last! Sincerely, Robin and Steve A

Spacious Condo on Siesta Key

There was plenty of room for our family to spread out in this condo. The kitchen had everything that we needed and there were coolers to use, as well as an umbrella and chairs. The owner was very informative and helpful. The condo itself was nothing fancy and could definitely use some new blinds. We had a great time on Siesta Key!

location, location , location

Perfect spot on the perfect spot! First, Siesta Key is awesome. This condo is in a perfect spot on the island. Easy access to Trolley and intracoastal waterway. Beaches just down the road both ways. Parking right near the door of 2nd and third floor unit over looking the pool! Had a great time! Not brand new, not perfect. The kitchen recently re done had everything we needed. Some other areas could use a little TLC But with the exception of a couple sticky patio doors every thing worked fine.

Siesta Break

Just completed our family spring break in Siesta Keys at Bays Oaks. Very nice property and location, we were able to get anywhere we wanted to. The property had everything we needed and more....kitchen, dining, living area....3 decks....pool access, peninsula access. Within walking distance of good local breakfast, diners and coffee shops. Were able to trolley, golf cart or drive to Siesta Key Beach with no problem. Appreciate the owners hospitality...big thank you...and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
