This 3-bedroom cabin in Champlain is perfect for your escape. With a queen bed, full bed, and bunk bed, guests will find a delightful mix of comfort and charm. The bathroom features a shower and hair dryer for added convenience. Whether you're relaxing in the cozy living space or exploring the area, this excellent retreat offers everything you need for a memorable getaway. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our cabin. Take a journey on the lake with our included kayaks, Sip on your favorite beverage near the fire pit or at the Tiki Bar. Watch the Sunset fall on the lake .Bring your boats and leave them tied to our secure docks, You will be surrounded by 6 acres of nature including Deer , Canada Geese, & Friendly Racoons. A large parking area for both trucks and trailers . A perfect spot to unwind.

What a wonderful place right on the shores of Lake Champlain! Super clean house with everything you might need! Also has a dock, fire pit and cool little lake front bar area too! Quiet and peaceful and a short drive to restaurants and shopping! Also, if you are a fisherman with a boat, there’s plenty of parking and room! I will DEF stay again!

Great stay in beautiful upstate New York. The house is a great getaway for family and friends. Along with tournament bass fisherman. Plenty of parking.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront home! The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy outdoor activities. The host thoughtfully provided bocce and other yard games, which kept our family entertained throughout our stay.The kayaks, fire pit, and tiki bar were fantastic amenities and made our family gathering even more special. There was ample outdoor space to relax, play, and spend quality time together.The host was incredibly friendly and always responded promptly to any questions we had. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend this property!

A fantastic place for peace, family, and fishing! Hosts were great and made sure we had everything we needed. Checked in a couple times with us during our stay to make sure we didnt need anything. Secluded and private. Amazing water access to Kings Bay. Great bass fishing. Highly recommend if youre looking for a great stay in Lake Champlain/Adirondack region.

Great place! We loved our stay in this lakefront cabin. Very clean. Beautiful views. We loved using the 4 kayaks that were provided. Lots of nice extras like horseshoes/volleyball and a wheelbarrow of wood ready next to the fire pit. Nice hammock for relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked and had basics like aluminum foil etc. Note that the bunk beds are in a lofted area. Plenty of towels and extra blankets provided. Water cooler for drinking water was a bonus. Grill worked well and there is a nice outdoor dining set on the porch. Good Wi-Fi. Host was very pleasant and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Plenty of parking and great quiet rental. Views for days and plenty for the kids to do. Maybe the most perfect location . 90 minutes to Burlington , 45 minutes to Montreal , paddle boarding/fishing and kayaking from your own dock . Host came and restocked our wood and toilet paper and was great to communicate with . Definitely planning a return for many summers to come .

We had a great weekend at this cabin. I spend my late mother's birthday with my family and celebrate together. It was perfect and we loved the kayaks, stayed outside most of the time. We had a fire, grilled and relaxed.

The cabin and space was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not show just how roomy & big the space can be, so we were pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable and clean. We plan to book again.

Hidden gem. The kids loved the bunk beds, kayaks and swimming. Tons of little frogs and critters to catch and really beautiful view.

Beautiful property on the lake with a gorgeous view. Relaxing and quiet with easy access to Rouses Point. Stacy made check in/out easy and was attentive during our stay. We would definitely consider returning on future trips!
