This delightful, bright, neat, clean two bedroom apartment is perfectly located no more than 200 metres from the seashore in a secure apartment block, with the iconic uShaka Marine World a short walk away.
It is non-sea-facing unit and newly renovated.
Great for running, walking, cycling or soaking up the sun.
It is also close to food outlets, entertainment, shopping centre and on People Mover Bus Route.
Unit is perfect for a busy business trip or family get away.
• This is a no smoking unit.
• To maintain the privacy and security of our space, we kindly inform guests that visitors are not permitted.
• Our check-in window is meticulously scheduled from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Our unit does not have a backup power source during load shedding events.
• A hairdryer is not included in the amenities.
• Each guest is entitled to approximately one hour of pool time, allowing you to immerse yourself in relaxation and rejuvenation. Book your slot at reception with security.
Please note that our services do not include a daily cleaning service, we do, however, include a mandatory exit cleaning fee, tailored to each room type, to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests. While we offer additional cleaning services at an extra cost for extended stays or shorter bookings, we encourage self-sufficiency with the convenience of an in-unit washing machine, as our accommodations are self-catering. As stated in the booking description, daily or complementary cleaning services are not included in our units. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities
