The pool is serviced regularly, and I personally followed up with the technician on the day of your arrival. I understand if the timing impacted your plans, and I apologize for that. Regarding the game room — it is a compact space, and I do my best to represent it accurately in the listing. I wasn’t made aware of any issue with odor or the WiFi during your stay, or I would’ve handled it immediately. I do my best to respond as quickly as possible, and I’m sorry if there was any delay. Sorry about your experience Tory, you checked in that afternoon and did not send us your concerns until 9:44pm, which did not give us time to address any of your concerns as you also stated you were leaving the next morning. We did change your reservation to cancel the 2nd day of your stay which was refunded. However, you decision to stay is why we were not able to refund you as well as your comment "I don't want to put up a bad review, so hoping we can part ways." We could not allow you to stay for free, these types of threats do not usually end well. Again we apologize but there are plenty of other comments that will show this is a good home.

I greatly appreciate your review, i apologize for the hard time with the shower and the over heating of the house, we are known to address an issue fairly quit, for future reference if there is any problem just let us know and we will address it as soon as possible.

Hello Thalia, we are sorry you had this experience in my home. We removed the dart board due to too many holes being left in the walls. I think that after all the guest that come and go it is bound to happen that the pool table is not 100%, we have replaced all pool sticks. We did get you a new coffee maker one it was mentioned as soon as it was mentioned. Hopefully this experience does not discourage you from letting us host you in the near future. Thank you, Daniel.

Please allow me to apologize for the powerful odor that greeted you upon arrival. That is certainly not the welcoming atmosphere I aim to create. I will be thoroughly investigating the source of the smell and taking necessary steps to eliminate it, whether through deep cleaning or identifying and resolving any underlying issues. You were also absolutely right to point out the gaps around the doors and the subpar condition of the beds. Providing a comfortable and well-maintained space is extremely important to me, and your comments have highlighted areas that need immediate improvement. I will be installing proper weather stripping and looking into replacing the mattresses to ensure future guests have a restful night's sleep. As for the noise concerns, I understand how disruptive that can be, especially when you're trying to enjoy a relaxing getaway. I will be looking into ways to better soundproof the property and will also be addressing the matter with the neighboring dog owner. Please know that the experience you described is not acceptable to me, and I am committed to making this rental a place that I would be proud to host my own family and friends. hi dariana im sorry about your experience but unfortunately sometimes the wifi will be reset to original setting ( can happen when there is electric outage ) . the door have a deadbolt like any other door and not sure who you refer that looked at you? the neighbor? we will do our best to improve your concerns

Hi Omar, I'm truly sorry to read your review, especially after doing my best to accommodate your requests during your stay—including approving your party and staying responsive throughout. Regarding your concerns: The $200 deposit was refunded on May 23rd, as promised, just days after check-out. I’ve even provided the ARN number (bank reference) showing proof of refund. This process is handled automatically and is not something I can delay or withhold. As for the property, I always strive to keep the listing photos accurate and updated. I’m sorry if your expectations didn’t match the experience. Minor wear-and-tear like the patio couch, grill, and bathroom door are things we’re already addressing in ongoing upgrades, which are reflected in other guest reviews. The arcade room has its own dedicated AC unit, and we're actively working to improve airflow there during peak summer heat. While it’s disappointing to hear you wouldn’t return, I want future guests to know that I take feedback seriously and always aim to improve. Most guests have had great stays and left happy. All issues were taken care of. A brand new sofa was there the next morning. I think house deserves way more the 2 stars. You got treated like as VIP. Daniel
