★Check-in time is 4 PM but MANY times Wyndham will let you check in earlier. If by chance you are not allowed to check in earlier, Wyndham will hold your bags for you at reception and will usually* give guests access to resort amenities for your pleasure. Furthermore, check-out time is 11 am but if you ask reception, many times they will bump it up to 12 PM or possibly later; it really depends how busy the resort/cleaners are★

The association has a front desk/concierge that will be able to accommodate most of your needs (extra towels, maintenance, etc.). Furthermore, I will also be available through the Vrbo messaging system or by phone if you have any questions or concerns.

Free Shuttle is offered during the ski season from Resort to Mt Werner from 8:30 am to 5PM daily. Subject to availability. While this service is offered from the resort for free, it is subject to change and I can not be responsible for cancellation of this service

Resort Parking: Parking is limited at WorldMark Steamboat Springs and the resort has limited ability for the storage of boats, RVs and trailers on a first-come first-serve basis. Please contact the Front Desk for options.

Pool & Hot Tub Information: Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. The outdoor pools are seasonal, closed from November 1 to April 1. Hot tubs are open year-round. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more specific information. Pool towels are located under the master bathroom vanity. Pool hours are 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Please note that this is a holiday ownership resort so you will be assigned your room number and view upon check in. For example, if a resort has 25 x one bedroom units, you will be assigned randomly one of the units out of the portfolio from the Host Resort's computer system. Unit location and view vary. Not all units have a patio or deck. Pictures from this listing may also be slightly different such as furniture, paint, etc. due to the nature of the resort upgrading units on a regular basis.
