気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
I submitted picture-evidence about how unclean the rooms were, I also described the smell of those rooms, submitted pictures as evidence of what I was saying of a dead roach on the carpet, and submitted pubic hair stuck to the wall of the bathroom, long hair stuck between the “clean bath towels.” The comforter that was in the bed I used was so stained with ugly yellow stains and dirty dark stains on the fringe of the comforter. I was told that my pictures evidences and that my claims were being investigated and NOTHING was done! This was not a good experience! There was never an “investigation” on my picture evidence! We had to buy air deodorizers to help with the humidity stink! We had to stay a week in that place, because they were “investigating” our evidence. I have pictures of my claims! Very bad experience, not what I have come to expect from a La Quinta Inn!
