This beautiful studio is equipped with all the essentials for a short stay, including WiFi, AC, and a hair dryer. The studio has a roomy bedroom, kitchenette & bathroom on the second floor with its own private entrance. We're ideally located in the cozy and convenient neighborhood of Plantations East. Just 14 mins from downtown Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Beautiful second floor with a peek-a- boo view of the pond, It's tastefully decorated, with fresh paint and new hardwood floors, it has one California king bed, with new & comfortable mattress purchased in 2025, the space is ideal for one person, couple, or friends getaways, there is plenty of bike and walking paths to choose from in the area, fitness center, yoga and Pilates studio are within a 5 minute car ride, just minutes away from grocery stores, movie theaters, outlet shopping, great restaurants and other amenities.
PLEASE NOTE: We do require a copy of guests drivers license front and back prior to check in.

Beautifully decorated, bright, clean and very comfortable. Reminded us of an expensive resort style room but more like you were visiting family.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The place is artistically decorated with comfort and style in mind. Very comfortable and clean. Host is responsive and helpful.

It was basically a room in a house. I thought it would be more of an apartment. Very small.

Studios usually are quite small. Its a one bedroom with king bed, bathroom and a kitchenette with a separate entrance. It does say that in the listing. I hope you found the bed comfortable, and the studio nice and clean. You’re my first 4 star. Thank you

A lovely apartment with all we needed for a long weekend. The hosts were available and easy to get in touch with. We had our signals crossed at first, but everything was quickly worked out and we received many apologies and a fabulous, yummy goody bag. Would definitely stay with Karen and Steve again. Immaculate, comfortable and conveniently located close to everything.
