Your Lincoln adventure begins at this delightful 1 1\2 bedroom Motel Suite in a Victorian House. The cozy space features a queen bed and a loveseat size bed (single size), perfect for small groups or families. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, a Full Kitchen that has dinnerware, drinkware, pot/pans & accessories. A large front living room with lots of seating! An, iron, hairdryer, shampoo & conditioners. All suites are Not shared and private spaces.
Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything that our Victorian Suites has to offer. Enjoy Lincoln and the close by businesses such as the Mill Coffee House, Goldenrod Pastries, convenience store and more!
There is also free parking behind the house that can be approached thru the alley. You can also park in front, on the street for free. This a great getaway spot with shared outdoor areas like a big patio, covered front porch & a side porch. The beautiful gardens are around the entire house created & maintained by our family. The neighborhood is very "Happening" and safe. Pease call or text with any questions. Small pets are allowed under 40 lbs with a pet fee of $25 per animal. Denise was a wonderful host and was very responsive and accommodating. The space is pretty small and best for two people sleeping in the queen bed. The couch bed is not ideal.

This was one of the best rental properties we’ve ever stayed in. It was clean and well furnished, and very accommodating for our small dog. We loved the fenced backyard. Convenient to downtown Lincoln. Located in a quiet neighborhood.

Great place, great location and great Host! So close to plenty of parks and restaurants and easy drive to downtown. My wife and I are runners and we really enjoyed the runs around the parks and through the neighborhoods. Will stay there again next time we are in Lincoln

What a beautiful home for our trip to Lincoln! The unit was beautifully decorated, cozy, and charming, with plenty of space for us and the dogs. The gardens were absolutely gorgeous! It was such a lovely place to walk around and spend time. Definitely hoping to stay here next time we visit Lincoln.

Property was exactly as described. Perfect for our trip to Lincoln. This little victorian house has the perfect little home town cottage feel. Very clean, very cozy... just great! Easy check in, great central Lincoln location, and top notch host.

There was a miscommunication about our dog, we had messaged her saying our dog was 75 lb but would they make an exception? We did not hear back but was approved to come. We dropped our dog off and went to a church event and during that time we got six phone calls and four voicemails. I thought she was spam, from calling us so much. When we called her back she stated that she had cameras and that she would be watching us and she would be there in the morning before we checked out to check on us. She also stated she wanted us to bring a kennel, which was not in the property details. I also was surprised on the call when she said "there better not be s**t everywhere." I felt that was unprofessional. We felt very uncomfortable and left that night and did not stay.

Very cute house. It was very convenient to the event we were attending. Denise made it easy to get into the house. The only thing I didn't expect was no stove and the bowls have metal edging so you could not use them in the microwave. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay
