The Details:
Step into a mid-century modern oasis. Recently renovated and re-imagined, our boutique triplex offers you the entire property comprising three thoughtfully designed units surrounded by a private, enclosed enclave. Discover a tranquil outdoor sanctuary complete with a pergola-covered sitting area and cozy fire pit—a special spot to unwind and savor the Las Vegas evenings.
The Spot is ideal for family reunions, wedding parties, yoga retreats, and groups traveling together. Or maybe you just want more room to spread out and be alone.....this is your zen escape.
The Units
Each of our three fully furnished units are crafted to provide comfort, space and convenience during your stay.
Unit A::
- Spacious layout spanning 1225 square feet -3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps up to 6 guests with an option for 8 (added fee) - 5 total beds, futon, and queen sleeper sofa - Master Bedroom: King bed, futon, 75” 4K TV, and ensuite bathroom - Bedroom 2: Two twin beds - Bedroom 3: Two twin beds - Living Room Area with queen sleeper sofa, 75” 4K TV, work area - Fully equipped kitchen with seating for 6 - In-unit washer and dryer
Unit B:
- Comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bath layout spanning 875 square feet each - 3 total beds and convertible sofa - Sleeps up to 4 guests in each unit with an option for up to 5 (added fee) - Master Bedroom: Queen bed - Bedroom 2: Two twin beds - Living Room Area with convertible sofa, 75” 4K TV, work area - Fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 -Washer and dryer available in private, locked storage room in back of property
Unit C:
- Comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bath layout spanning 875 square feet each - 3 total beds plus convertible sofa - Sleeps up to 4 guests in each unit with an option up to 5 (added fee) - Master Bedroom: Queen bed - Bedroom 2: Two twin beds - Living Room Area with convertible sofa, 75” 4K TV, work area - Fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 -Washer and dryer available in private, locked storage room in back of property
HOUSE RULES:
NO SMOKING POLICY
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. This includes all indoor areas of each unit, as well as all outdoor spaces, including the courtyard, backyard, and front and rear parking areas.
If you choose to smoke off the property, you must ensure that smoke odor is not brought back onto the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, lingering odors on clothing, furniture, or personal belongings.
If the odor of marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or any other smoke is detected inside or outside of any unit, a $750 fee will be charged to your account to cover cleaning and odor remediation.
NO EARLY CHECK IN
No early check-in available. Due to cleaning schedules we cannot accommodate bag drop off or check in before 4 pm on arrival day. If you check in early, a $500 fee will be assessed to your account.
RESERVATION MUST INCLUDE THE CORRECT NUMBER OF GUESTS
Reservation MUST include the correct number of guests who will be staying at the property. There are NO guests or visitors allowed except those expressly included in the original reservation . If you need to increase the number of guests from the original reservation, there is a $ 100/guest/day fee for each additional person over that stated in the original reservation. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in immediate eviction with NO refund.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. This means NO parties or activities that make noise after 10 pm. This may be Las Vegas, but this quiet street is not a party zone. Head over the Fremont Street if you want to make noise after 10pm.
LIABILITY WAIVER Guest accepts full responsibility for pet behavior and agrees to cover all damages and additional cleaning costs. Host and property owners are not liable for pet-related incidents.

Stayed here for 7 wonderful days! 12 People from Friday To Monday with plenty of space. Even has a slight issue with a leak. They handled it with the hour! Would highly recommend staying and would book again!

This guest lied on her reservation and had more guests than listed on her original reservation. Also the EXTERIOR CAMERAS are listed on our listing. She was very rude and disrespectful to our property. I do NOT recommend her. !

We stayed here for a guys weekend trip and this place was perfect. The photos and descriptions are 100% accurate and the host was responsive to questions. We really liked the location because we could walk to Fremont Street and also the Arts district, which has tons of cool bars, shops and restaurants. There's a 7-11 a block away, a few restaurants and bars close by and Uber or Lyfts weren't expensive or too long to get to the Strip. Our only regret was the weather wasn't nice enough to use the outdoor space. We'd definitely rent this place again.
