Customer goes to our reservations office to collect your apartment keys and will be advised on the location of the apartments and how to get there with clear directions.
Check-In Protocol:
Guests must present a valid, current ID matching the name on the reservation. Accepted forms include a passport, national identity card, or valid driver’s license. Emergency contact details will also be collected.
Check-In Time:
Standard check-in is at 16:00. Early check-in may be possible for an additional fee and can be guaranteed by booking the night before arrival.
Check-Out Time:
Check-out is by 10:30 am. Late check-out may be available upon request for an extra fee. Failure to vacate without notice may incur additional charges.
Luggage Storage:
Complimentary luggage storage is available at the head office (168 Granby Place) for early arrivals or post-check-out, up to 12 hours. An extended luggage service beyond this window is available for €10 per day.
Booking Extensions:
Guests may request to extend their stay at any time, subject to availability. Rates may differ from the original booking.
House Rules
• Cleanliness & Maintenance:
Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and report any issues promptly. Charges may apply for excessive mess or damage.
• Non-Smoking Property:
Smoking is strictly prohibited. A €200 penalty will be charged for violations.
• No Parties or Gatherings:
Strictly no parties allowed. Breach of this rule may result in a €200 penalty, eviction without refund, and law enforcement intervention if necessary.
• Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed without prior written consent. If permitted, a €500 refundable deposit and a €200 cleaning fee will apply.
• Lost Keys:
Lost or stolen keys will incur a replacement fee of €200.
• Garbage Disposal:
Guests must use designated bins and follow the recycling guidelines found on the back of the apartment door.
• Energy Conservation:
Utilities are included in the rental price, but guests are encouraged to conserve energy wherever possible.
Cancellations & Modifications
The accommodation provider reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in cases of suspected fraud, error, or misuse.
During Your Stay
• Maintenance Issues:
Problems are handled based on priority. Guests should report issues promptly to ensure swift resolution.
• Complaints:
Complaints must be submitted in writing via email. Efforts will be made to resolve them, and compensation may be considered if appropriate.
Note: Temporary disruptions to utilities or inconveniences due to external noise or natural causes do not entitle guests to refunds unless caused directly by the provider’s negligence.
Damages & Liability
• Definition of Damage:
Any changes that alter the original condition of the apartment, including stains, appliance misuse, unauthorized modifications, etc.
• Guest Responsibility:
The guest is liable for damages and any income loss caused by the unit being unavailable for the next booking.
• Mattress & Bedding:
Damage, stains, or spills will result in charges for replacement or deep cleaning.
• Parking:
The property assumes no liability for vehicle-related incidents on or near the premises.
