You have two Access points the lobby entrance and a beach Entrance to the lower level Showers! The Beach ingress and egress point is as good as it gets. Private door and they buzz you in via the Video Camera: This is very nice as you can get the salt/sand off before you ascend in the elevator to the unit. This keeps the condo cleaner during your tenure! Company Allowed no issue. This condo is in the Center of the Beach and all the beach action, music, Dancing, and general Beach Revelry. Super Restaurants within 2 minute walk some of the best in town. Super Market 3 blocks.
Other things to note
This is the Main Beach Community. It feels like a beach, Smells like a Beach (Salt Air) and this is the Top location as it is in the Direct Center of El Rodadero Main Public Beach. All the Action is here, Romantic Horse Drawn Carriages, Low Priced Restaurants with Excellent Food and wine, Shopping Bazaars so buy a new Swimsuit here. Internet Cafe next door if you need to call long distance or make copies or do some work you forgot. Taxis virtually everywhere instantly as it is a Resort. Beach Chair Rentals, Beach Foot Massage: Fake Tattoo’s, Banana Tube Boat, Jet Skis, Health Clubs, Yacht Rental, Kayak, Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, Swimming, Fishing, Ceviche made that hour, Coco Loco Cocktails made to order.
