Condo is staffed 24 hours a day/ 365 Days a year, with live people not a keyed door. Parking Garage has a security officer at the gate observing and recording vehicle plates. If a Car arrives without a Plastic security card the vehicle is rejected and turned away. So your talking ultra safety. Or to call you when Miss Jones Arrives or not call you and allow Miss Jones to come up. They will send the Pizza guy up or tell him to wait for you to come down, at your option. You only need pick up the intercom phone in the Condo and bark out orders.
Bring company as you wish without interference! You and your guest have full rights and access to all the building amenities, Pool, Fitness Center, Basketball court: .
