The home is stunning as well as the landscape. The resort needs to keep on top of maintenance for the heated pool, it was not working our entire stay. We planned our vacation for our grandkids based on the heated pool, the weather was cooler but with a heated pool, no problem. I was told upon arrival it would be heated the following day, each day passed and the pool remained unheated. Also, the hot water smelled like rotten eggs/sewage, but maintenance came by and said it’s due to stagnation in the lines from the well. I would suggest they treat/open the lines prior to each rental . My husband and I was going to attend a one hour class regarding the resort but decided otherwise based on the maintenance issues. I was told upon check out, there was not much they could do about the pool, a motor was out and it’s hard to get contractors to come out to fix it in the hill country and the part needs to be ordered. Wyndham needs to understand, when you pay for certain luxuries they should be working, a customer should not have to encounter these inconveniences which are preventable with regular maintenance.
