Welcome to Scottsdale Adobe Modern, your desert retreat set on a sprawling half-acre in the heart of Scottsdale. This thoughtfully designed single-level home offers 3,733 sq ft of bright, open living space. The main house features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, complemented by a private casita with its own sleeping area, bathroom, and living space—perfect for large groups, multiple families, or those seeking a little extra privacy.

Main House Highlights:
Living Room: Bright and inviting with modern furnishings, Smart TV, and large sliders that open to the backyard oasis.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, expansive counters, and a large island with seating for 3.
Dining Room: Elegant space with high wood-beamed ceilings, a contemporary chandelier, and seating for 8.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Primary Suite: King bed, Smart TV, cozy seating area, and spa-like en-suite bathroom with jetted tub, walk-in shower & dual sinks.

Fantastic property with everything you need to enjoy Scottsdale. Great location, great landlord and the house is best in class. We will definitely be staying again next time we visit Scottsdale.

We had high hopes for our stay given the convenient location near the Scottsdale Kierland area, but unfortunately, the property did not live up to the listing and photos. While there were some positives, the lack of maintenance and cleanliness issues made for a frustrating experience.The Downsides:• Safety & Cleanliness: Upon check-in, the house was not clean. Most alarmingly, there was broken glass left in the dishwasher, and we found trash from the previous guests. The couches were visibly dirty, and many of the kitchen dishes and utensils had to be rewashed before use. The sliding glass door didn’t open. • Climate Control: The AC is extremely inconsistent. The temperature on one side of the house never dropped below 77F, making bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 uncomfortably hot. We were unable to sleep well because of the heat.• Pool Heating: We paid extra to have the pool heated, but it was a waste of money. The water never reached 73F (verified by an Apple Watch).• Broken Amenities: We were looking forward to watching a movie in the casita, but the projector didn’t work.The Upsides:• On a positive note, the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms also had great water pressure and consistent hot water.• The location is excellent for accessing Kierland, and there was plenty of parking available.Overall, this home has great potential, but it feels neglected. Until the cleaning service is improved and the AC/pool heater are serviced, I do not recommend staying here.

Great and Comfortable House

House was clean and well furnished. The back pool house was a great hangout location for our kid's. Backyard is large with a great patio. Nice quiet cul-de-sac. Highly recommend!

Family time

Large home with lots of beds, comfortably accommodated our large family. Kids had fun swimming, playing soccer, basketball and ping pong. Quiet neighborhood and close by to shopping center. Enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Great hit with grandsons. Beautiful house. Plenty of room for all of us. Airport noise annoying in day but nights quiet. Could add some serving dishes & utensils, but plenty of dishes & glassware.

GREAT HOUSE! EXCELLENT LOCATION!

We had 12 co-workers come together at this amazing property for team building! House was perfect for us! Air conditioning and hot water for 12 showers worked perfect! We cooked all meals except one, and the kitchen accomidated our needs! The location is excellent and alot to do in the area!!

We were close to the mayo hospital which was great plenty of room for the family house needs more cleaning supplies vacuum didn’t work very good on the hard floors but we do have a big family and a laundry basket would have been great

Spring Training Trip

The house was perfect for our group of 4 couples and a few kids. Lots of room, fun games and great location for fun in Scottsdale and Spring Training games. Would've loved a hot tub as it's still chilly at night this time of year so we didn't use the pool much, and the projector and movie screen in the casita didn't work but otherwise everything was great.

Spacious

Lots of room to spread out - we had 12 in this property that sleeps 18, but good that we did because to fit 18 you have to have the right configuration of people to fit the bed offerings. The teens stayed out in the Casita and were able to be away from the rest of us when they wanted to. Floors were a little dirty and the kitchen equipment was under-stocked, but overall a great place. Would be good to get cable/satellite TV in there too...

This home was perfect for our family of 14. Grandparents, parents and kids ranging in age from 6-17. The backyard was great for playing soccer, throwing a football, playing darts and swimming. Hot tub an added bonus. We enjoyed being outside lounging and barbecuing. The interior of the house is lovely. Well kept and well supplied with dishes, etc. The master bedroom suite beautiful The teenagers loved the casita. What a great addition to the property. Movie theater, kitchen, loft beds. What fun. We will definitely return. Management is very responsive.

Summer home

Home is beautiful has plenty of space., plenty of parking. The bed in all the rooms are comfortable.Beautiful neighborhood.We were able to communicate with property manager.We did have some issues. There is no grill, The westside of the home and the casasita even after the air conditioner maintance were still hot and we did have to buy some portable fans. The refrigerator was not cooling right, but problem was fixed. . The yard was worked on early Friday morning, which i think it should have been done before our arrival. We did make the best of our stay and did enjoyed our weekend..

Wonderful for large family

Stayed here with multi generational family ages 29-95 for son’s wedding weekend. The pictures were spot on. It is very clean and comfortable. Whole family could gather in dining room , family room and back porch. Grill was brand new. Ping pong table in garage. Lots of yard space and privacy. Located on a nice cut de sac in nice neighborhood. Only recommendations would be for owner to add foldable luggage carts for each bedroom. Also would be nice to add full length mirrors as the bathroom mirrors are small. Room with bunk beds needs a spot for luggage. Otherwise a wonderful stay. Washer and dryer in casita was perfect. Appreciated the ample supply of towels and laundry detergent. Pool and hot tub were clean and fun. We had rain during our stay it was nice to park a vehicle in the garage. Beautiful property and it was very accommodating to all of us. Thanks for a great stay !!
