A washer/dryer, dishwasher, and weekly housekeeping service ensure added convenience throughout your stay.

• Check-In Time: Standard check-in begins at 16:00. Early check-in may be arranged (subject to availability and a fee) or guaranteed by booking the night prior.
• Check-Out Time: By 10:30 AM. Late check-out is possible upon request and availability, with additional charges if applicable.
ID Requirement
A valid government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver’s license) matching the reservation name is required at check-in, along with emergency contact details.
Luggage Storage
Guests arriving early or departing late may store luggage free of charge at the main office (168 Granby Place) for up to 12 hours. Longer storage incurs a €10 daily fee.
Booking Extensions
Guests may request to extend their stay at any time. All extensions are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing. Rates for additional nights may vary from the original booking.
House Rules
• Cleanliness: Guests must maintain a tidy living environment and report any issues or damages promptly. Charges may apply for significant cleaning or repairs.
• Non-Smoking: All properties are strictly non-smoking. A €200 penalty applies for violations.
• No Parties: Events, parties, or gatherings are not allowed. Violations may lead to a €200 fine, eviction, and cancellation without refund.
• No Pets (Unless Approved): Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved in writing. If authorized, a €500 refundable deposit and €200 cleaning fee will be required.
• Lost Keys: A €200 replacement fee will apply for any lost or stolen keys.
• Waste Disposal: Guests are required to follow the waste management instructions posted in the property, using correct bins or purple bags for recycling, general waste, and glass.
• Energy Use: All utilities are included, but guests are encouraged to conserve energy and adopt environmentally friendly practices.
Cancellations & Modifications
The accommodation provider reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases of fraudulent activity, error, or unforeseen operational needs. Guests will be notified and assisted in finding suitable alternatives if necessary.
Assistance & Maintenance
• Maintenance Requests: All issues should be reported promptly. Response times vary by severity and urgency.
• Complaints: Guests are encouraged to email formal complaints, which will be addressed in a timely and professional manner. Compensation or service adjustments may be considered where necessary.
Note: Temporary disruptions (e.g., water outages, power failures, noise, or dust) due to maintenance or external causes are not grounds for rate reduction unless due to proven negligence.
Damages & Liability
• Definition: Damage includes physical destruction, stains, appliance or fixture breakage, wall damage, pet-related damage, mold, or unauthorized modifications. Normal wear is not considered damage.
• Responsibility: Guests are liable for all damage or loss caused during their stay, including any income lost if the unit becomes uninhabitable.
• Reporting: Any damage—whether accidental or gradual—must be reported immediately.
• Mattress & Bedding: Guests will be charged for any fouling, stains, or damage to bedding or mattresses.
