温水プール（82度以上）（6月1日〜9月20日）と大きな屋外グリル（5月15日〜10月10日）とダイニングテーブルのある裏庭をお楽しみください。 8人用のホットタブ（4月15〜10月10日）。

新しく建てられた石造りのファイヤーピットで火を起こし、夏の思い出を作りましょう！または、外で雨が降って中に集まって、Sexopolyのゲームをプレイする場合!!
裏庭の大きなブルーストーンパティオでパーティーを開きます。プロパンタンクを必要としない、新しく建てられた石積みの屋外グリルで新鮮な魚をグリルします。

リラックスしたり、昼寝をしたりするための大きなポーチがフロントポーチにあります。
内部にはオープンキッチン、ダイニングルーム、ファミリールームのフロアプランがあります。
キッチンには花崗岩のカウンター、食器洗い機、レトロなノーススター冷蔵庫、対流式オーブンが備わっています。

Amazing weekend in MV!

Our trip to Grace’s place was exceptional. The house was beautiful and just as described online. The place was fully stocked with all we needed - kitchen supplies, toiletries, linens. She even left a bottle of wine and snacks. The outdoor setup was ideal for a large group. We loved the pool, hot tub and expansive patio. Everything was gorgeous and well kept. Grace and her team were flexible and responsive. 10/10 recommend for your next group stay on the island!

Worked well for our families while in MV

This place had a great outdoor space and pool for our kids. The rooms are a bit tough to split up between families because the configuration is interesting, but once we got settled it worked really well. We rented bikes which was great. The owners were responsive and had great recommendations. The string lights in the back weren’t working, which limited our use a bit in the evenings and the pool guy just walks into the yard and around the pool without notice and doesn’t announce himself (while kids are swimming etc which is weird).

Perfect for a large group

Nice neighborhood home with ample sleeping space for up to 10 people comfortably.. Weather permitting, you can sleep on the screened in porch. Most awake time will be spent outside around the pool or elsewhere in MV.

Great for large family gatherings

The house was perfect to host a family reunion of about 15 people. We stayed comfortably and had a great time together. The house itself was perfect to accommodate a group of our size. Backyard amenities were great as well. One minor downside was that the pool water was quite dirty (it was cloudy and looked green instead of the usual blue).

Amazing house!

We had an amazing time at this property- the owner was super responsive and helpful as we were planning for the trip. The location is perfect, the pool is amazing and it’s the best place to relax and spend a long weekend with friends. A million times over - thank you!!

Wonderful Place for Family Gathering

It has been a tradition for our cousins and families to meet on MV every couple years. This is the first time we were able to stay together in one house and it was wonderful. There were plenty of bed options to fit everyone, and it was great to have the house stocked with toiletries, linens, kitchenware so we didn’t have to bring extra items with us. The pool, outdoor furniture and fire pit were great amenities to have, keeping everyone entertained and not needing to leave the house. The house is located in a quite neighborhood and is very conveniently located. It was easy to get to Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs, Edgartown and the airport. Great and memorable stay overall!

Nice place on MV

The outdoors of the house is perfect. The indoors could use more of a common hang out area. Otherwise though it's a great house, host was very responsive and helpful!

Wonderful and Relaxing

Our family had a great time here! The pool was heated to perfection, there were so many cozy sleeping/reading/relaxing spaces, Grace was a gracious host who is extremely easy to communicate with! We will be back!

Great private house

This is a classic marthas vineyard style with modern amenities. Ac in every room. Pool was nice. Best part is that the property was very private the neighbors are pretty far away so it creates a little private oasis while staying inside 5-10 minutes to edgartown and oak bluffs.

Awesome!

Grace goes above and beyond making sure your stay will be perfect. This house is great for a larger group on the vineyard with plenty of places to relax by the pool and beds for sleeping!

Wonderful House

We stayed at this location in Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard. It was awesome. There are several beds and enough space inside and outside for a large group. The pool was so wonderful we never made it to the beach. I will always try to stay in this house in MV.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway with Friends!

Our group of 15 had an incredible weekend at this gorgeous Oak Bluffs home! The owner, Grace was very responsive and made our stay welcoming and carefree. Every member of our large group had a comfortable bed to sleep in, plus beds to to spare! The backyard was an oasis and was where we spent most of our time. Grilling, catching up by the fire pit and relaxing in the hot tub and pool- it was perfect! There was also plenty of room in the backyard for us to set up badminton and corn hole games. We loved how close we were to the beach and downtown. We biked everywhere! We are already planning our next vacation here and hope to make it a tradition!

Amazing Property & Amazing Owner!

The property was better then advertised. Amazing outdoor space and the house is wonderfully decorated. Plenty of space for cars to park and less than 2 miles to town. Most importantly, Grace was extremely helpful, communicative and nice. This property is highly recommended. A+! Hopefully we'll be back next summer!

The Perfect Bachelor Party Destination!

I have been on MANY Bachelor parties, and I have to say that this was by far the BEST one yet. This is mainly due to Gracie's beautiful home. To start, Gracie came by to welcome us to the home and show us around the house and how to operate the grill. She even went to the store to grab us some extra paper towels, plates, and bowls. She really went above and beyond! There were about 15 guys and more than enough space to go around. The backyard has EVERYTHING from the pool, hot tub, fire-pit, and grill. There is even a good size grassy area behind the pool that was perfect for polish horseshoes. The house is also in a great location of Oak Bluffs and getting around to the beaches/bars/shops with Uber/Taxi was very convenient. By the end of the trip, we were already planning our next stay! Thanks so much, Gracie and hope to see you soon!!!

AWESOME GIRLS TRIP!!!!!!!

Stayed Oct 26-30, 2017. 11 Girlfriends had a lovely time in this rental on MV! The house is decorated nice, well kept and very clean! The owner has thought of everything and was very helpful before and during our stay! We enjoyed the property and the beautiful Island of MV!!! Downtown Oak Bluffs is just 2 miles away and the taxi ride was cheap ($3)! I would definitely seek this rental again if I return to the Vineyard!!

Very good

The pool/ hot tub were great. I think it's a stretch to suggest the house sleeps 22, but our 10 guests slept comfortably.

The house and the setting were Just Fantastic!!

We came for a wedding over Columbus Day with friends and we had an absolutely perfect stay! Everyone had plenty of room inside the house. The backyard is amazing and we spent lots of time in the heated pool and Hottub. We grilled out back and there was lots of space for us to eat and relax. Gracie was so accommodating and made our trip so easy. We are already making plans for next year..

Just recently bought and renovated this property as a rental property investment. It is in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood, yet within walking distance to the liveliest of Island towns! The private heated pool is amazing and you will create memories with your family and friends in the beautiful, blue stone patio back yard. There is a brand new grill with a propane line to the house for all your grilling and barbecue needs. This is the perfect spot to getaway, have a large reunion, bachelor or bachelorette party, or just come lay low and relax. Fabulous neighborhood with a tennis court just up the street to the right.

This property is centrally located, close to great restaurants and the Inkwell and State beaches. The world renowned Farm Neck Golf Course is directly across the street from this development. Book a tee time and you may see anyone from Barack Obama, to Tiger Woods, to Steph Curry, Bill Murray, Bill Clinton, and so many more people who come and enjoy this amazing Island as well.

It is a great vacation home with amenities that the whole family can enjoy. It is also very good for bachelor and bachelorette parties and girls/ guys getaways!! I have had retreats and wedding parties here and then I have had writers who want peace and quiet!!!
The heated pool is a favorite with children!
