Family-friendly house for serenity near the beach

This cosy, sunny house on the outskirts of Kalamos village is situated on a private 5,65m2 land, among olive trees and vineyards. A place for serenity and tranquillity, just a breath away from Chora, Kapsali and the most beautiful beaches of the island!

Stylishly furnished and equipped with all modern amenities, this spacious house consists of a large living space with fireplace and a kitchen, a two-floor bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 WC and 2 private balconies. It can accommodate up to 5 people as follows: • 4 people (2+2) in a two-floor room divided by wooden floor-ceiling, who share 1 bathroom and 1 WC. • 1 person on a large comfortable build sofa, located in the living room.

Free private parking is available on the premises, which the guests are welcome to use. Every year we cultivate melons, watermelons and beans in the field, which the guests are welcome to taste fresh, directly from the land.

The house is equipped with large water tank that can supplement for the days of drought on the island and electrical generator that can cover all needs of the house in case of a power outage.
