Great place!

Just had a little hiccup when trying to check in. But after two calls they fixed us right up. Great location. Beautiful views. The pool and hot tub were a very nice addition. Would stay again!

Great atmosphere

Well equipped, comfortable beds. The patio is wonderful. Lived relaxing in the hot tub and aroynd the fire put after ling day of hilung. Highly recommend.

Love this Property!

We stayed here before with friends and were excited to take our kids back. We love this property. Something about it is just so comfortable and welcoming! The hot tub is a bonus in the evenings after a full day of hiking. Only thing we couldn't get to work was the fire pit and we didn't have a lighter with us to start it. The kids loved playing the games in the evening too. A wonderful home and centrally located to so many amazing outdoor experiences! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay.

Used as a base camp for MtBiking and hiking. Will definitely look to book again. The BBQ needs a new battery for electronic sparker and couldn't get the fire pit to stay lit. Non issues for me though.

Exceeded Expectations

I was having a hard time finding a place for just 2 nights the weekend before the Jeep Safari. Many properties had 5-night minimums. I messaged the host and they sent me three options that could accommodate us. It was more than we needed, but we really felt at home with a stocked kitchen, two bathrooms, and a spacious garage where our vehicle was secure overnight. Check in and out could not have been easier!

Enjoyed Moab. A little disappointed with accommodations

The description of the property is accurate. Unfortunately, it is in need of some TLC and a little extra attention for guests. Shower head leaks, faucet stiff, toaster doesn’t work, coffee maker poor and some key things that you would expect to be at a rental were not included (eg dish soap, propane for the patio fire pit, etc). Moab was great. Accommodations worked for our group. Hot tub was nice. but we expected a little more.

Misrepresented

Unfortunately I do not have anything positive and wouldn't give any stars but it doesn't allow 0. This condo could be so nice if care were put into it. The pictures make it look so nice. It isnt! We were so dissapointed in the lack of care, we moved to a different unit. The pictures for the new unit did not do it justice in how beautiful and honestly represented it was. I don't want to be mean because its not my style but please do not just go off pictures. Do research, read reviews, at least 50 reviews. Look at reviews on management. I just don't want others to be bamboozled. I'm choosing not to post the pictures because it really would be a tear down for the owner and management.The only thing I will say is management worked well with me for a refund.

Nice location near Moab

Had a good experience with the property manager. The hot tub stopped working one day and they had it fixed within hours. The games in the garage kept everyone entertained since we couldn't figure out the TV.

Spring Break Bike Trip

Another successful mountain bike trip in the books! Moab never disappoints! This condo is located a few miles outside of town; it was a quiet and relaxing place to end the day. A great home base!

Great stay

Beautiful views, private and cozy! This property is exactly what it promises. Overall a wonderful place too stay. Kitchen A bity out of town, but not painfully so. Outside furniture could use a bit of maintenance / refreshing.

Very Roomy

This place was perfect for two couples. The hot tub was the best. The view was very nice and the place was very clean. It needed a bit more kitchen supplies, e.g. foil, baggies, etc. that is why only 4 stars. We had a great stay.

A great place to make family memories!!

This property had everything we needed for a great stay in the Moab area. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and great outdoor space for grilling and evenings by the fire.

Will stay again.

Very nice. A few miles south of Moab, away from the noise and crowds. Quiet, peaceful. Well furnished, everything we needed. All on 1 floor. Hot tub was nice and warm with great view of night sky. Large sunny private patio area.

Rim Village Condo

We loved staying in near Arches and had a wonderful vacation. It is a little south of town and restaurants but we knew that before we made the reservation. My kids loved the hot tub and the ping pong table. It was pretty clean but had ants in the master bedroom. It could use some updating but it was comfortable and fit our family of 6 perfectly. Thank you for letting us stay!

Exactly what we needed

This place was perfect for my adult siblings and I to get together. The house was clean and provided clean linens and basics. We really enjoyed having the personal hot tub each night to relax in. This place is only a few minutes from town and we had easy access to the parks and shopping. The beds were comfy and the living area/kitchen is roomy but cozy. Thanks!!
