Our check-in procedure is designed to be one of the safest and most efficient ways for our guests, allowing for a smooth and secure arrival. That said, we’re always open to feedback and will continue to look for ways to improve the guest experience. We’ll also look into the breaker issue you mentioned, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We did want to clarify for future guests that we do provide an initial starter supply of essentials, including paper towels and toilet paper. Guests are expected to purchase additional supplies based on the length of their stay and personal usage, and we’ll review our listing to ensure this is mentioned. We also provide a starter package in a cooler with Dish soap, Trash bags, Notepad pen, playing cards, Floating key chain,2 toothbrushes,sunscreen,4 dishwasher pods,dish sponge etc. Regarding towels and washcloths, we’re always happy to provide additional linens upon request. We didn’t receive any report during your stay, and we encourage guests to reach out to us anytime so we can address needs like this right away and help make the stay as comfortable as possible.
