Welcome to Tannenbaum 11, your modern mountain escape! Experience the perfect blend of comfort and style in this beautifully upgraded 2 bedroom 3 bathroom property. Both bedrooms also have their own private full bathroom. An open floor plan with kitchen, living room and dining area provides a perfect space to relax after a long day of skiing. Even more, cozy up next to the beautiful fireplace to end a perfect day!

Ideally located minutes from the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Lift, and a short drive or walk to downtown Breckenridge. You will find this location makes any plans you may have easy at the least. The summer also holds a plethora of activities as well such as hiking, biking, golfing, rafting, and fishing.

The property was nice. Walking distance to shopping, dining, and exploring. Home was clean and nice and quiet. When the weekend started it was a little more noisy, like staying in an appartment complex. Could hear everything above us, beside us and even outside. The noise of people walking above us, flushing toilets, taking showers, as well as their conversations. The people coming in at 2 AM in the morning was quite disturbing. We left Saturday early instead of our scheduled Sunday check out time.
