Private Studio unit sleeps 2 Adults w/ king bed, TV, wi-fi, kitchenette w/ mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, utensils. Private bathroom with sink and shower/tub. There is no balcony. Resort has shared pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, laundry machines for guest use. Easy walk or public transport to Key West attractions
The space
Studio Unit, Kitchenette, 1-2 windows and No balcony. Balcony in our 1 and 2 BR units only. Actual unit will be assigned at check-in by the front desk. Pictures and floorplan are representative and may differ based on upgrades/refurbishments and unit assigned. Bathroom shower/tub combinations vary.
All Studio units feature a King-size bed and a private and en suite bathroom.
Want to have a large group gathering? We have other rentals that can be combined. Please note a Studio and a 1 Bedroom unit can be combined to form a 2 Bedroom unit. However, this configuration is not guaranteed unless you specifically book a 2 Bedroom unit.

This rental is offered by a deeded timeshare owner at this resort. Guests are NOT required to attend any timeshare presentation unless they want to for any incentives the resort may offer.

You can sit and relax poolside while making new friends. Soft coolers and Yeti styled containers are encouraged poolside while enjoying your favorite beverage.
Huge pool deck with the most beautiful view of the sunsets. The resort is comfortable, casual, cozy, friendly and conveniently located. Beautiful cozy intimate complex with very nice guests. Huge warm swimming pool with hot tub for 8. The resort offers 4 BBQ grills and seating and tranquility.
Guest access
Guests will check-in with the Resort's front desk and provide identification and credit card for incidentals and damage deposit, Identification must match the contact information that you provide to me when booking: Name, Address, Phone Number and Email.
Other things to note
As owners of the units, we wanted to wish you an excellent vacation. I am certain you will be as happy as we are spending time on and off property.
- Guests must abide by the Resort's rules, policies and terms during the stay
- A valid government issued identification (e.g. drivers license or passport) and credit/debit card is required at check-in for incidentals and damage deposit
- Guests are responsible for any personal expenses incurred while occupying a Unit, as well as for any damage, theft, or loss incurred. For security purposes, keys will only be given to the name on the reservation and a valid government or state-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- Stays of less than 7-nights requires a one-time fee of $45 charged by the Resort to the Guest at check-out which the Guest will be responsible for so please factor this cost in when booking.
- Actual unit will be assigned by the front desk of the resort when you check-in. Pictures and images for this listing are representative and were taken in the past of various units at this resort. Actual unit you occupy may vary due to refurbishments and updates and variances in the unit assigned by the front desk at check-in.
